LabattBlue Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago (edited) Such a beautiful thing that the Commanders are having a great year as soon as this jerkoff was forced to sell the team. Very good article! https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/43538463/snyder-hates-commanders-success Edited 22 hours ago by LabattBlue 4 1 2 Quote
Whkfc Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Under that article was a sweet article about Josh Allen and his leadership. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/43535835/buffalo-bills-josh-allen-quarterback-leader-present-2024-afc-championship-round Here's the link Quote
H2o Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago The fact that Snyder is bitter isn't surprising. Harris came in and seemingly made every right move. From FO, to HC, and everything that has followed. Snyder could have only dreamed for this type of success. Quote
EasternOHBillsFan Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago (edited) Speaking of terrible owners, the Pirates now have the worst owner in sports in Bob Nutting. Nutting has intentionally signed cheap talent or traded for it and has the second lowest payroll in all of MLB. Nutting designated a player who needed one more game for a bonus in Rowdy Tellez. Nutting is now lowballing Skenes and will probably trade him like he does everyone else. Nutting REFUSES to sell, intending to pass it down to his family. No longer a fan after almost 50 years. Dan Snyder has NOTHING on this POS. https://rumbunter.com/paul-skenes-brief-and-disappointing-update-on-pirates-contract-extension-says-it-all Edited 19 hours ago by EasternOHBillsFan Quote
ganesh Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago That is why you never sell a NFL team to a fan. Danny grew up as a passionate Redskin/Commander fan and then purchased the team...His fingerprints were everywhere on the team as he spent all his tech money. 14 minutes ago, EasternOHBillsFan said: Speaking of terrible owners, the Pirates now have the worst owner in sports in Bob Nutting. Very good article! https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/43538463/snyder-hates-commanders-success This is a horribly written story. Absolutely no content and doesn't even get a first hand account from Snyder. I grew up in Washington so I know they don't think much of it but getting a person that knows Snyder to comment about what he thinks about Washington's success must mean they are out of content 2 Quote

Mr. WEO Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago it's gotta be tough living in London on a $6 billion pile when you aren't floating on your 300 foot magayacht. anyway, this article takes one anonymous quote....: What's it like for Snyder, for years the most hated owner in sports, to watch the Commanders succeed without him? "He f---ing hates it," Snyder's dinner companion told the colleague. ...creates a clickbait title and then writes an entire article just rehashing everything we already knew about Snyder's last days as an owner. 1 1 Quote

It would at least mitigate some of the pain of watching the last vestige of Lindy Ruff's pride get stripped away. Would be a bit ironic to win a championship in one and win the lottery for the first overall pick with the other in the same season. 1 Quote

Kelly to Allen Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago (edited) I don't trust ESPN on literally anything. Snyder wasn't a good owner for the football program but I don't believe much else. Edited 19 hours ago by Kelly to Allen Quote

At least the Pirates will be in Pittsburg. Fischer only had to spend $500 Million to get the funding needed for a new stadium in Oakland. He claimed Oakland wasn't helping enough. Meanwhile he's spending $1.5 Billion to get the stadium in Vegas built. 1 Quote

I was a passionate fan as a kid, but I gave up in the early-mid 2000s when it was abundantly clear what their wretched owner was up to (including the lying about losing money). 1 Quote
Sojourner Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Danny had his own skirt hiked up and assaulted. Love to see him suffer. Attended a family day where they had everything cheap. Was $1 dogs and $2 drinks. Then we started eating and realized it was cheap sugardale wieners. Seems like the $1 was a lowball too lol Quote
gonzo1105 Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Yes he was a terrible owner and should have lost his team and did a lot of bad things but I did kind of roll my eyes when I saw it published with the title. It wasn't even through Snyder himself but one unnamed person that they made an article out of it. Man is living in London trying to stay out of things now and someone had to dredge him back up because the Commanders had success after he sold the team. Quote

While I agree with the sentiment of giving the guy is privacy he abused employees and the sense of team ownership luxury. Only right he’s out front and center that he was the reason the team was in the gutter. The complete turnaround, success and team they’ve built without an absolute star studded roster shows you where the problems manifested and repeated. Good on the media for rubbing his nose in it when so much was swept under the rug during his control. 1 1 1 Quote
