Most points kc scored all season. Only scored 30 points twice.  So much for McDermotts brilliance as a defensive minded coach.

The game turned on Brady vs Spags.

This season made it clear (again) that we need a real edge rusher (to close out on pass rushing downs—example 2ed down!, a 1 technique DT to free up Ed, a number 1 WR who can separate and a starter quality CB.  Think we can address these needs in the draft (love having a 1st and 2 2nds but I’d really love to get into the 3rd round using our draft capital so whichever of those position players we don’t get with those picks we can still get a “solid” player at the other position.  Think we don’t have enough $$ to make a splash in FA while we have important extension decisions with key players.

You trust Beane to hit on high picks?

Short Benford I'm actually not super disappointed in the defense.  They stopped the run and they stopped 2 drives, forced a turnover, and a FG.  Kincaid had to make that catch.  He was looking at the ball.  He didn't need to out jump anyone.  He just need to get his hands under it and not let it hit the ground.  TBH his big catch in the Broncos game was a drop also they just didn't get it reviewed in time.

This is the exact reason I won't watch the super bowl this year.  It might be a simple call but nevertheless one they got obviously wrong and was a 14 point swing.  They want Taylor Swift at the super bowl and they got their wish.  Sad that the NFL has come to this.

The contested Worthy/Bishop catch call was, to me, pretty clearly wrong. But they would've had the ball at the 30 or so and the way we were playing D probably would've scored. But still: wrong.

The spot? Really, that's a total guess since no one could see exactly where the ball was and replay didn't help. I can't blame anyone for that.

Just missed opportunities. Should have won the game. Beat ourselves with poorly timed errors and lack execution.

Would rather get the doors blown off by a much superior team than to beat ourselves like that. It's ***** stupid.

At the end of the day, KC’s defense made every yard hard to get and it felt like our defense rolled out the ref carpet. Margin for error was zero and we didn’t quite get it done.

Expected the KC offense to do well particularly once Benford went out and no Rapp, but expected Bills offense to do better.   KC defesne surprised Bills too many times

Just in utter dis belief... Again. Just one time, can we have it swing our way?

No. I honestly think we might actually all be dead and this is hell...just reliving this crap over and over and over.

I know it's a popular drum to bang on here, but that should be it for McDermott, that's not hyperbolic. He will not win a championship, flat out

I seen like 10 F ups that support this.

That’s not a straight-on angle. Body crossed the line, not the ball. 🤔

Why does the spot of the line judge with NO VIEW on the ball and seeing the ALLEN on the back of the jersey override the spot of the line judge on the other side? Gee, I wonder why.

Pattycake fumbled reversed by penalty.

Pattycake INT reversed by imaginary catch with soft backup penalty just in case.

Allen 4th down conversion magically spotted short after initially being spotted correctly a first down.

Almost like several gifted extra possessions is meaningful in 1 score games.  Weird.

And he was ultimately undone by a pretty great throw under heavy pressure on 4th down with 3 guys in his face that is caught 80% of the time in the NFL.

yeah anyone who is negative about allen tonight is not worth interacting with.

He was under pressure on every pass play of the night from the opening drive.    He made repeated clutch 4th down throws and made an incredible throw to hollins for a TD before the half.

Its just braindead to attack allen tonight.  Mahomes fumbled and missed some throws and was under actual pressure about 10% 0f the game.  If allen had the time mahomes had tonight they score in the 40's.

When McDermott said on his end of halftime interview that the Bills were going to stop the Chiefs by having the front four cause havoc, I figured we were in trouble.  It was much closer than I expected.

Any the off-season will be fairly dull.  We will run everything back on the coaching staff.  There may be a ceremonial firing of the special teams coach, since that unit was terrible all year.

Offense is solid, actually championship caliber, and pretty young.  No major changes need to be made there.

If we bring back Babich (and we will), we will likely continue with this scheme that is effective against teams than can't handle a slighly above average front four.  And fail against the Chiefs always, and other top teams occassionally.  But we will win the division in 2025 easily because it sucks so badly.  And that will prevent a return to the drought.

So Josh is 4-0 against KC & Mahomes in the regular season.

Now 0-4 in the post-season.

Who’s in favor of throwing the regular season netting against them this upcoming season?!?

It’s like someone said earlier this week when you are undefeated in the regular season and winless in the postseason that’s a coaching issue.

Don’t worry we’re running it back next year with the same bull#### and anyone who says differently will be banned and ostracized around these parts. ***** McDermott

Josh was late finding the right read and made that catch way harder than it needed to be.

Kincaid should have made the tough catch, but he also shouldn't have had to.

He's back for better or worse 100%.
