BRH Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 Yeah, but does it burn when you pee? 369755 Earliest sports memory is of watching OJ run. I'm 36 and have been a Bills fan for nigh on 30 years.
JCBoston Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 The day I became a Bills fan was the day I was born at Millard Fillmore Hospital. Like I had a choice :-)
rockpile Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 That UK Bills fan is me... 369445 Yes, and we await the day you get your arse on a plane and come see a game and share a Garbage Plate with us. Call it the second British Invasion.
EndZoneCrew Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 I am from Buffalo....and it is beyond obsession.....thank you very much
kasper13 Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 I grew up with the Bills. My father, uncles, cousins have had season tickets since the mid 60's at the Rockpile. I have been going to games since I was 5 years old in 1977. The first game I remember was a game against San Diego in 1976 and listening to it on the radio. The first game I went to was the home opener in 1977 against Miami. I haven't missed any since. I remember going to Training Camp at Niagara University and then Fredonia every year. I started going on a road trip a season in 1989. Bills have always been here and I have always been a fan.
bb63 Posted June 28, 2005 Posted June 28, 2005 I was 8 years old, living in Maine.I bought a pack of football cards inside the pack there was a team sticker for the Buffalo Bills, plus the very first card was a bills player, Ken Rice OG. I've been a bills fan ever since. I might add quite proudly!
simadafuma Posted July 3, 2005 Posted July 3, 2005 As a six year old, I remember how excited my die-hard Bills fan grandmother was the day the Jim Kelly was signed by the Bills. I watched the first season game at her house with her and have ever since been a faithful Bills fan. That first game is one of my earliest and fondest memories.
#89 Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 I was a Jets fan, my Dad was a Bills fan. He got me tickets to the Ralph in 1972 so I could watch Namath. Years later I was working in a factory and one of my close girlfriends told me about the Bills QB coming to her family's house for dinner because her brother was such a big fan. He was ill(his lungs would crust over and they would have to cut him open and scrape his lungs so they would be soft enought to expand) Well Kelly was having camp at Bonaventure and he was the QB that for 10 years came to Olean until this kid died to have dinner with him. My father also had passed away and I thought if Dad isn't here to cheer for the Bills and if the Bills had a QB that would be so charitable, I HAD TO BECOME A BILLS FAN. Thus A Bills fan I am. The #89 is another story
