Any word on Benford's status? At this point that's my biggest X Factor

He was walking to the plane with Rasul. No way that's happening if he didn't clear protocol.

Also seeing AFC Championship Gameday on the thread title is pretty awesome.

Chris Jones gets all the pub for KC's defensive line but Charles Omenihu is a problem.  He had 4 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble last week vs Houston.  I'm sure the Bills are well aware.  He tore his ACL is last years AFC Championship game at Baltimore,  he came back in week 11 and their D is better.  I'm kind of surprised he's been this good only a year removed from the ACL.  Hopefully he is looking at the backsides of Bills players running by him.

I found this to be well put and appropriate for today's game and beyond.

GO BILLS!!!

FROM FACEBOOK

This is no longer just a game—it’s the dawn of a new era, the rise of a legacy, and the Buffalo Bills are the warriors leading the charge! They are literally changing the game of football.

Look at the quarterback. Look at the leadership. This is different. This isn’t just a team—it’s a culture, an ecosystem, a revolution. The Buffalo Bills have been transformed, and we are NO longer the same.

We are a different breed, a breed that knows how to fight, how to rise, and how to WIN. Everybody eats. There are no egos, no solo stars—this is a FAMILY, and every single player has a role in this unstoppable force.

We rise together, we fight together, and we conquer together. We know this is different, and the world is about to feel the power of what happens when a team becomes ONE.

And just like our Bills Mafia, we are bound by a force stronger than blood—united, relentless, and unbreakable.

The way the Buffalo Bills play football, and the way Josh Allen leads, is the type of leadership and community we’re all searching for. It’s the embodiment of what it means to be part of something greater than ourselves.

It’s knowing that the people around us not only believe in us, but trust in us, and see the greatness within us.

Find you a Bills fan, someone who understands the power of rising together, fighting together, and believing in the power of community. Because when you stand beside people who are all-in, there is nothing we can’t accomplish.

We are Buffalo. We are family.

These are the best games of the year today.  At the home team's stadiums.  For conference Championships.  No neutral site, corporate nonsense while the in-stadium fans rooting interests are split in half.   The whole country is watching.  Can't wait.

Really in the area of officiating, I really hope that the focus on the Chiefs are in the three main areas that we've seen over and over again in big spots:

  • QB roughing the passer penalties that are really ticky tack and reflect Mahomes ability to suggest more action than what really happened,
  • CB's interfering with receivers, particularly at the height of the route, and
  • OL both from an alignment but also from an early kick out on the tackles.

If these areas are called fairly on both sides---I can be at least satisfied in the outcome either way.   If the Bills OL can replicate the success in the run game that they've shown throughout the year, using our own three-headed monster of Cook/Johnson/Davis, we might finally see the "luckiest" team that I've ever seen in the NFL get exposed.       GO BILLS!

When certain head referees call the game Mahomes is 32-0.

todays ref is Clete Blakeman. Mahomes is 6-5 when he calls the game.

So I’m hoping we see a fairly officiated game.

We are knocking on the door and can win the AFC Championship today.  What a long ride. I know I’m nervous and anxious.

Just wanna say good luck to the Bills Team and Bills nation (mafia). I hope the Bills pull out all the stops to get past this barrier.

Let’s keep the faith and bring home a win.

Common you know you are gonna peek

Just please no 8 wide WR screens , they never work.

Not even a little bit.

My biggest pet peeve are the conspiracy theorist types that will be coming out of the woodwork talking about how the NFL "wants" The Chiefs to win, the Taylor Swift factor and "bogus penalties that were called or missed" when it amounts to a lot of times the person posting really just doesn't understand the rules as well as they THINK they do.

Yeah, no, I won't be peeking. Going to enjoy the game with a nice cold beer, not whine.

We talked about it with Baltimore a bit but Kansas City also finished on a nice run of pretty terrible offenses..  since we last played them they went panthers, raiders, chargers, browns,Texans,Steelers,Texans again in games where their starters played.

I’m not sure how much of the ‘improvement’ is a function of that, I was actually surprised with how easily Houston moved it on them with their terrible offensive line and one good receiver tbh

I thought about this last night.

As sweet as it would be to get back to the Bowl on its own...I'd find it a bit sweeter it comes at the end of the season where Diggs pushed his way out of Buffalo...only to join a team that lost in the playoffs to the Chiefs in the Divisional round.

Aside from the Bills execution, this could come down to officiating. Not only the refs ignoring the Mahommes roughing "flop" for 15 yards, but the Chiefs are notorious for being very "handsy" in their man coverage, and never getting a call.

Think a few players on their o-line are weak..its led to a drop in production and increased sacks/pressure..hence all their reshuffling in the last few weeks..how far will the refs let them go in protecting Mahommes?

Finally, it's amazing how their tackels are always "allowed" to line up so far behind the line of scrimmage and start early..despite ALL the analysts pointing it out every week.

The tackle thing is truly bizarre. Taylor is lined up in the backfield on every snap. Remember opening night? They flagged the the Ravens three times on their opening drive for the tackles being too far back? Thought it was going to be a point of emphasis this year.

All true and hopefully the Bills O is super dialed in today.  Buf scored 6 points in the 2nd half vs Baltimore.  I get that some of it was a product of hey, we have a lead let's not LOSE the game ourselves by being reckless.  But let's be real, the Bills are not winning today with a second half effort like last week.  I think they will be better on both sides.
