1/26/25 GAMEDAY AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME Bills @ Chiefs Gameday Thread

One narrative that annoys me is the talking heads who clearly want to the pick the Bills but don’t only because they “wont pick against mahomes in the playoffs until someone beats him”. Did I imagine the two afc championship games he lost at home?

It's my 65th birthday today.  The Bills can't possibly lose on my birthday, can they?  CAN THEY?

Happy birthday!

Well I have to get out of bed.  My cat just brought in a live squirrel in my house and my pits are going crazy chasing it.

Are they up to date on shots?

By 'someone' they mean the bills though

Another thing I will be happy to never hear again in my life is "Josh Allen is 0-3 against Mahomes in the playoffs" - the Bills are 0-3.  I know it is a standard take to make wins/losses about QBs but this one is esp silly when you consider 13 seconds

And bass missed FG and diggs dropped pass. Historically Allen has excelled vs the chiefs and playoff games in general

Why in the hell is it only 9:30 in the freaking morning? I think I need to induce a 9 hour coma with drugs, blow to the head, or something else. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, melt down means engagement and eyes on the product.  I'm not sure they care.  So leave NO DOUBT with a commanding win!  GO BILLS!

not watching SB if KC wins.  over it.

Who else had a dream about this game during the 2 minutes they slept last night?

In my dream the Bills were running 6 OL every play and just ramming it down their throat.

I actually hope this is how they come out in the first half - run away from Jones, or at times double him and go right at him - neutralize their secondary.  Establish dominance. Wear down their D to start the game then take advantage later with play action and spreading the ball all over the field

Edibles usually go for about 8-10 hours. Or so I've been told

My mother-in-law is over because she's taking her cat to the cat dermatologist with my wife.

I'd asked my stepson why he's not wearing his bills hoodie, saying it could be the last day he gets to wear it for the season.

My mother-in-law says the bills are going to win

I... Just can't wait any longer for this game. I don't know that I'll be okay if they lose.

Guys and gals - the chiefs cannot win this game. Feel like it’d be a death blow to the Bills and their fans.

We need our very best game, and possibly some divine intervention… this has to be our time, right?

If the Texans had a pulse on offense last week they would have won that game. This just isn’t the chiefs year and I can’t shake that feeling. Mahomes didn’t get voted to the pro  bowl, isn’t a mvp finalist, and isn’t going to the SB either.
