Is the AFC Championship the "actual" Super Bowl??

Before the Ravens game I heard a bunch of talking heads say Bills-Ravens was the Super Bowl.

I look at the Eagles as Baltimore-lite and that’s mainly because Hurts isn’t the same dynamic threat as Lamar. Good QB, yes, but  a clear notch or two below the better QBs in the league.
 

When Philly and Baltimore played earlier this year, the Ravens should’ve won, if not for Tucker missing multiple kicks. If the Bills bring their A game, they’ll beat all of these teams.

Don't make this mistake.  In 1990 there were enough people who wanted San Fran to beat the Giants so our Super Bowl win would be more valid.  I know this mindset has no bearing on what happens at all.  Any team can win on any given Sunday.

I voted yes, but it depends on who they end up facing. The Eagles would be an absolute dog fight down to the last drive. I am a lot more confident against Washington. I think McDermott/Babich would be able to come up with a viable game plan to throw off Jayden Daniels. JD is a dog and is definitely going to be one of the few elite QBs in the NFC, he will definitely give Buffalo some fits, but I don’t think he’ll be able to duel it out with Josh Allen in a stadium where most will be against him. On a different note, I think Washington will have a better chance of beating the Chiefs than the Eagles. But let’s not get into that, Buffalo is going all the way this year so that point is totally moot.

Iggles running game is terrifying. Jayden Daniels throwing it all over the yard to an equally terrifying Terry McLaurin keeps me up at night. Both teams are legit.

can’t is a strong word but honestly last week I felt the winner would be the best team the rest of the way. Not by huge margins but enough to be excited

yup - weird routines against a very good team. Even if you are a great roster you aren’t expecting better than maybe 60-40 odds

There have been way more dominant SB champions. 72 Dolphins. 85 Bears. 90's Cowboys. 89 49ers.
