Einstein Posted Friday at 09:50 PM Posted Friday at 09:50 PM (edited) Pretend scenario: Allen scores with 00:00’s on the clock in the 4th quarter, to make it Chiefs 27, Bills 26. Option A: Kick the extra point to send the game to Overtime Option B: Go for 2 My opinion? Go for it. And also go for any 4th down and 5 or less past mid-field. 26TrapDraw Posted Friday at 09:51 PM Posted Friday at 09:51 PM I need him to do what he's been doing and trust everyone ( brady and josh) to keep their foot on the gas 1 2 1 Quote
BillsFan130 Posted Friday at 09:59 PM Posted Friday at 09:59 PM (edited) Go for two . Bills overtime record is extremely bad and I want one play for JA 17 to end it And be aggressive on 4th downs. You don't win by punting and kicking field goals in arrowhead Edited Friday at 10:00 PM by BillsFan130 3 1 Quote
Virgil Posted Friday at 09:59 PM Posted Friday at 09:59 PM Go for 2. No question. Have faith in Josh. I’d rather Josh and Brady on one play than all the unknowns that can happen in OT 2 Quote
SirAndrew Posted Friday at 10:00 PM Posted Friday at 10:00 PM That’s not the type of aggressiveness I want to see. That’s more like dumb Dan Campbell aggressiveness imo. I want to see them be aggressive in a way that means we keep our foot on the gas. I want to score every time we have the ball without thinking about the clock. 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted Friday at 10:00 PM Posted Friday at 10:00 PM (edited) Honestly I want to go for 2 whenever we score. There's a reasonable chance of Bass missing an XP or having it blocked anyways... Edited Friday at 10:01 PM by Warriorspikes51 1 Quote

Sojourner Posted Friday at 10:08 PM Posted Friday at 10:08 PM No right or wrong answer imo. If he plays it safe, I get it. Avoiding another potential OT loss to the same team but in a bigger game? Going for 2 is perfectly fine. 1 Quote
WotAGuy Posted Friday at 10:09 PM Posted Friday at 10:09 PM It depends on how the game is going. If the defense is playing tough and the offense is clicking, kick the point. If the Bills are on the ropes and the defense is failing fast, go for two. 5 Quote

I don’t love the idea of going for two down one at the end of a game. The two point conversion is like a hockey penalty shot, it makes the game random. You either win or lose on one play. Take the game to overtime, and the outcome is determined by a greater amount of events. I’d feel more comfortable taking a loss in that situation. 1 Quote
Generic_Bills_Fan Posted Friday at 10:10 PM Posted Friday at 10:10 PM New ot rules I think you gotta kick the xp…really depends on the flow of the game up to that point though. I really do think the matchups favor the bills in this one so I’d want to lengthen the game. One play from the 2 yard line I think there’s a good chance the chiefs defense stops 3 Quote
H2o Posted Friday at 10:10 PM Posted Friday at 10:10 PM Our hearts say go for two, but the smart play is to take the EP. I love Josh. I trust Josh. But it could end up just like that 3rd down play that got blown up by Baltimore at the 1. 2 1 Quote

Even if the defense is playing tough, a field goal wins the game after the first possession. All KC would have to do is stop us ONE time and then kick a FG. 1 Quote

Steptide Posted Friday at 10:13 PM Posted Friday at 10:13 PM Not sure why anyone would wanna go for 2. You litterally give yourself ONE chance/play to win the game. At least if you go to overtime, you have more than one play to win the game 7 1 Quote
LABILLBACKER Posted Friday at 10:16 PM Posted Friday at 10:16 PM First, as well as Bass has looked these last 2 playoff games, he's missed the most xpts (5) in the NFL. So you gotta factor that in. One play from the 2 yard line with the ball in Josh's hands sounds (win or lose) pretty good to me. No guts, no glory! 1 Quote
