Given the Broncos complete failure to solidify the QB position (including passing on Allen and Lamar for Bradly Chubb), I'm not worried about this guy fixing the Jets.

Probably worse if you’re Pittsburgh, he was on Pat McAfee’s podcast where he suggested that contract negotiations are in place for him to return. 
 

Raiders fans after the Carroll hire have to be praying for those 2 teams to make the move and not them lol

I struggle to see him going back to Pitt being a good decision... but if he does this is it for Tomlin... he either breaks thru or I think he is done... maybe they are thinking if we dont keep Wilson and then make Tomlin switch or draft QB position and be bad for the next few years...then he is just cooked... Not sure what the thinking is there... but they certainly are not in a position to draft a top QB and I dont even see any in the draft...

The Jets have not informed any GM finalist about whether they have or have not gotten the job yet, according to sources.

Doesn't mean they don't know who will ultimately get the job — but there hasn't been an offer yet.

I could be wrong but didn’t Carroll have some friction with Wilson cause Russ wanted to throw more and Carroll is a run first coach. That’s what rumors were for why Wilson wanted a trade out of Seattle

I have no idea definitively but they speculation from most journalists in the NFL circles is that the Raiders and Russ is something to keep an eye on. 
 

I don’t think it was specifically the relationship with Pete as to why he wanted out but rather that he felt Seattle wasn’t heading in the direction to facilitate he long term goals. Either way, Russ ain’t it lol

He was only an area scout then. Likely had zero say. Impressive that he has worked his way up from intern to assistant GM but he has only worked in the Broncos organisation. Which may not be a great thing.
