We all know that mentoring Bishop is one of Micah's main reasons he is on the team. Having him on the PS instead of a "temp coach" is a good idea to me. This way Hyde is with Bishop (and the other young guys) all the time, in the locker room etc. Everyone throwing stats around, but we all have seen Bishop is improving since earlier in the season. I'm hopeful. After the Ravens game they were interviewing Damar and he specifically mentioned Cole Bishop’s development had really accelerated since Micah came back and started helping him. Just wish the Bills had done it earlier. Hopefully Cole's learned and seen enough to be successful Sunday. 1 1 Quote

He has not been the liability he was early in the season. He finally got to play! In all reality, I was hoping he was going to replace Hamlin, who IMO is a far bigger risk to get torched. That said, I’m just glad he got some playing time down the stretch so he’s as ready as he can be. Quote

When Bishop has played 50% or more of the D snaps, the Bills are 3-3, but in one of the wins the Bills D gave up nearly 500 yards in passing to Det. You tend to be a bit overly dramatic, especially on the SS side. Look, I think it's a concern but "must have games of their lives" is, for me, a bit on the strong side. There's several possibilities to winning, other than needing our safeties to have the singular best game of their lives. Edited 12 hours ago by White Linen 1 Quote

If they want to try to play man on him, I like Bishop better than Hamlin or Rapp. I can say I am not worried about Hopkins. He is a shell of his former self. If they double Kelce I worry about the speed guys getting over the top of the defense. You also have to spy Mahomes. So it's a very tough challenge, but it always is. Agreed. Kelce is very very good against zone I am guessing. And why he looks so open when he and Mahomes are clicking. But there must be a way At his age and performance over the Whole year , I suggest Bills knock him off his first five yards hard. each play. Good post and thanks Mr Quote
