Seems if you want a HC job on a bad NFL team, go and be Baker Mayfield's OC for a year. It's automatic.

With how their QBs are now...no. But teams have plans and maybe the Raiders have one at QB that suits Brady. However, I'm not sure he's even been interviewed by Vegas

 

Remember, this interview process is just as much the coaches interviewing the teams as it is the teams interviewing the coaches these days.
