I think that I agree with this. It’s chaos and next-level incompetence. This move was wild. The timing of it all is beyond messy.

Shad's kid Tony runs a professional wrestling organization called AEW.  I use to watch it with my sons.  We even went to a show last year in Erie.  That said, his son runs his wrestling organization a lot like the Jaguars are run.     They slow play everything pretending its not a problem until its too late to fix the issue.   Runs in the family.

This franchise always seems to be one step behind and the last to know. I wonder if the candidates who already interviewed would reconsider given this development. 

 

Of all the teams with head coach openings, the Jags have the most draft capital. This team plays soft and sorely needs a culture reset. I don't see the remaining first time HC candidates pulling that off. I'm thinking Saleh, Flores or Spagnuolo.

The result of another bad owner who can’t get out of his own way.  That moronic interview in which he said Baalke would stay unless a HC candidate gave him “compelling evidence” to part ways was the icing on the cake.  What an idiot.

 

I often wonder how some of these guys became so successful that they could buy an NFL franchise.
