Places to Watch w/ Bills Fans Near Charlotte/Asheville NC (I'm in Hickory lol very small)

Hey long shot here, but me and the wife are looking for a place to get together with some other Bills fans.  Were about an hour outside of Charlotte in Hickory NC.  I know there are 2 Bills Bars in Charlotte, but in 2020 I heard they were impossible to get into.  Fans were standing in line at like 6am to get in, and I just cant risk that chance of not getting in.

 

Anybody know a more lowkey option in the area?  Maybe an unofficial Backer Bar?  I need to be around some fellow fans, but also can't be in a place thats packed like a HongKong Subway car.  Again, I know its a very long shot, but heres me shooting a shot lol

If you're on instagram, go follow Asheville Bills Backers. They have a pretty solid following and are pretty active. I haven't been to an outing yet, but it seems like they meet up at The Social in Asheville quite a bit. My partner's family is all from the Western NC area, so I've made sure to take stock of where other Bills fans in High Country. Go Bills!

The Hungry Palate in downtown Winston-Salem is a Bills bar, even serving excellent Beef on Weck.

Tavern on the Tracks in Charlotte is a great Bills bar. Lots of Buffalo people in Charlotte. Lots!

If you don't find a Bills bar I can tell you that the majority of the country wants the Bills so most bars should be safe places.

This is the place I was looking at going to for the first Bills/Ravens playoff game, and it sounded like it was pretty dang difficult to get in the door with people standing in line at 6am.  Honestly, thats freaking awesome but if thats true its probably not the right environment for me.  Dont mean to be a beggar and a chooser, a bit worried itll be so jam packed that ppl end up jockeying for position to see TV where youre not at a weird sideways/ hard to see angle.

 

If someone else has a better idea of what gameday up there looks like, I'm open to it.  Sounds like I need to try and check that place out during regular season though when its a smidge less busy.  Mural outside looks siiiick

Whats your viewing experience like over there been?  Just nervous itll be so over crowded it'll be hard to move around or get a good view of the game

The Social on Tunnel Road in Asheville is definitely a hole in the wall but they have great wings (some of the best outside of Buffalo) and show the game on a dozen or so screens including a large projector screen.  I would highly recommend.

Any experience with viewing experience on GameDay?  Easy enough to get a good view of the TV's?  Im 6'2", but wifes somewhere under 5 feet (Asian and yes of age lolllllll)

Appreciate the insight! I go visit family quite a bit so I will certainly stop in.
