On the last 3rd down, Allen had Hollins wide open. Shakir is also not a bad option to beat to the corner. I hope this is something Allen learns for the Chiefs game. right now, you, I, people in the stadium probably all know Allen is likely to keep the ball. Sure defenses know that too.

On the 2 point conversion defense, well designed play by the Ravens (wish the Bills have it too). Maybe this is area where Hyde and Poyer is missed. In the video below, around 2:50 mark, Benford was on Bateman near side. Damar had Andrews; Taron had Likely. Both Likely and Bateman "rubbed" the path of Damar to free up Andrews - wide open. I saw Taron communicated to Benford before the play (maybe for the WR screen between Bateman and Likely). This is a perfect man beater. ideally you want Benford stay home to take Andrews and Damar to pick up Bateman.

I think yes he dropped it. but lamar's pump fake hesitate move really shortened the space for him to get his feet in.  He's wide open out of the rub, you ideally want to throw that in the direction he's running.  Not throw it to a spot he has to catch it in.

The ball placement is certainly not ideal. Like you said it is at the opposite side of his running direction so he had to turn his body around to catch while his momentum carried him away from the ball, probably caused him to fall/stumble before the ball was secured.

I am not so sure Andrew’s gets the 2 points even if he caught it.  Because he had to contort himself it’s possible he is either marked down or out of bounds before the ball hits the goal line.

Every team has their version of that play and every defense reps against it. Every team has it because it works. Every team reps against it because if you can force the QB to throw early or late then maybe something favorable happens. More often than not, no matter what, that guy gets open.

His route was also way too flat on the LOS and he didn't get into the end zone until he was dropping the pass.

And if he's not open, there's one fewer guy in that window and he can potentially run it in.

Allen scored a TD on that same play earlier in the game when no one expected it. They ran the same play on the 3rd and 2 and balt was ready for it. Throwing it there would've fooled them for sure but all they needed was a yard and then they tush push
