I voted for him too but am pissed off at the moment with his incredibly stupid tariff policy that was all bark and little bit his first term in office. IrishLass Posted April 5 Posted April 5 At the end of the day it will turn out that Liberals: Despised this era's George Washington (Trump) Despised this era's Thomas Edison (Musk) And that the two men will have succeeded in making the country a better place in spite of Libnut opposition. 1

(i.e. "The BEST version of Biden," per Joe Scarborough) And Kamala could have done it HER way, but she seemed to not know how to articulate that, and even went so far as to say she "wouldn't change a thing" about what the Biden/Harris administration did. Now the American people COULD have elected her, in spite of that, but they didn't. So now it's going to be Trump's way. And it won't just affect this country, it'll affect the planet as a whole. Expand Neither Biden or Harris would have attempted a reset. Not many would. It is not what, it is how. It will be the pain caused because of the method, not the direction. It is the reputation of the country. It is the good will built and now squandered. It is the leadership once unquestioned, now unwanted and unaccepted. It is the childish name calling, the threats, the pictures of tough guy Vance pointing fingers and threats at 56,800 people in Greenland. This is the way of Putin not a US President. Trump is not a leader, he is dictator. He has no desire the help heal his country's split, or lead the world. Only one thing is his mind. $$$$ 1 1

B-Man Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 Ford Teams Up With Trump Admin to Drive Down Car Prices and Boost U.S. Jobs by Sarah Arnold Ford is working closely with the Trump administration to streamline its car production and delivery processes, especially as the company faces challenges with the president’s tariffs. Ford CEO Jim Hackett recently pointed out that while tariffs offer the company a "better chance" at increased manufacturing flexibility, critical details regarding parts supply and production still need to be ironed out. This collaboration between the auto giant and the administration highlights the growing impact of trade policies on the automotive industry and the push to bring more vehicles to American consumers. https://townhall.com/tipsheet/saraharnold/2025/04/05/how-ford-is-working-with-the-trump-admin-to-bring-cars-to-consumers-n2655050
