Aussie Joe Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago It will be the Eagles winning the NFC in my opinion … Nothing will be easy this season… Quote

After seeing our defensive gameplan against Baltimore, I’m much more confident we could stop the Eagles. Barkley is more elusive in the open field but J Hurts? He Certainly scares no one. Quote
Shaw66 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Has anyone commented about the Bills and the NFC East? If the Bills beat the Chiefs, it will mean that for fifth time, the Bills will be playing an AFC East team in the Super Bowl. Quote
Virgil Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago If the Bills win Sunday, it would only be fitting for the Bills to lose the Super Bowl to the Eagles to complete the NFC East clean sweep Quote
LEBills Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Philly is better than Baltimore and smothered the Ravens in Baltimore in the regular season. The Commanders won’t advance unless Hurts gets injured again. Eagles will be a very tough matchup for the Bills. In a Bills vs Eagles Super Bowl, the OLine would be a wash and Josh is way better than Hurts but that is the only talent edge the Bills would have. I think it would come down to if the Bills OLine can hold against the Eagles DLine. If they can, I trust Josh can outplay Hurts and he has always destroyed Fangio defenses. But would be much less stressed if the commanders are in the Super Bowl if we get past KC. Quote
bills6969 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Eagles are going to route the commanders unfortunately Quote

We have to dethrone the kings to get a shot in a Super Bowl, but that doesn’t mean we can’t discuss the other side of the coin: NFC teams remaining in the playoffs. Next week we determine who is going to the Super Bowl, and it’s a very interesting matchup between the Eagles and Commanders. I don’t think anyone expected Washington to still have a shot, but here they are. They just shocked the Lions, and you have the Eagles who many people expected to be here. They’re more similar than you think: Offense: Philadelphia Offense Ranking: 8th (27.2 ppg) - 7th best scoring, 29th in passing, 2nd in rushing Washington Offense Ranking: 7th (28.5 ppg) - 5th best scoring, 17th in passing 3rd best rushing I know Daniels and the Commanders have outplayed expectations, but I was shocked to see how good they’ve been. They have ran wayyyyy better than I noticed, and Daniels was the best QB this weekend. On the flip side, you have Barkley who ran like a man possessed this last season. He just ran for over 200 on the Rams, and 119 vs Green Bay (in a game where to slid to kill the clock rather than rack up another TD and maybe 50 more yards. If you can find a way to stop either Barkley or Daniels you have a shot, but that’s no small task Defense: Philadelphia Defense Ranking: 1st (17.6 ppg) - 11th best rush YPG, 1st in passing YPG Washington Offense Ranking: 18th (23.3 ppg) - 30th best rush YPG, 20th in passing YPG Philadelphia is stacked. They have a ton of playmakers and depth all over the field and pose (in my opinion) a much bigger challenge than the Commanders. They are a very physical team and will capitalize on any mistake. It felt like they blocked quite a few Stafford passes at the line yesterday, and Josh has sometimes struggled with that in previous years. Commanders are far easier to exploit in my view. They can be mauled up front, and if they focus on stopping the run it leaves Josh with the opportunity to take over with his arm. I think they’re better than their ranking, but not by much. I ultimately have more confidence in stopping Washington than Philly. Saquon is unrelenting and the real difference maker for Philly, and I am not sure we can stop the run against him for a full game. I think a rookie, when the lights are at their brightest, is more likely to make a mistake. Eagles have been there before, the Commanders are playing with house money at this point as nobody expected them to make it this far. I think now that Snyder is gone I am fine with Washington having success. It would be nice to possibly avenge a previous SB loss, so there’s that too. What are your thoughts on the NFC teams? washington is the miracle Mets redux…. I’ve talked about this in season success where teams surprisingly perform better due to an air of confidence. Washington this season has won games in the last minutes… week 2 at giants. Giants lost their kicker. They held them to just FGs. It was tied 18-18 ( giants 3 TDs, WAS 6 FG). They had 4 th down around WAS 20 with just before 2 min warning Could kick a FG and had to go for it and failed. WAS goes down and kick FG for win week 3 at Cincy. No punts. Each team drives field on every possession outside of end of half/ game possessions. CIN missed a FG, and failed a 2 pt and Was the difference in the game WAS got 5 TDs and FG, CIN had 4 TDs, 2 FGs week 8 Chicago Hail Mary game week 9 WAS 27-21, PIT TDvjust before 2 min warning to Win, week 10 L to PHL. They were up 10-3 innthe 3rd, Philly put up 23 ( missed PAT) to go up 26-10. week 12 DAL game— craziest finishes of the year game. 10-9 DAL entering 4 th ( WAS missed PAT) . Mid 4 th DAL gets a FG. ThrnnEAS fumble, DAL gets a TD. WAS TD+2, 20-17 with 3min left. WAS muffs KO thrn returns for TD. WAS drives for FG with 1:40 left . They still have 2 TOS left. Attempted onside fails. They get ball back with 40 sec left. They get a 90 yd TD on first play to be 2 pt behind. Fail on PAT. DAL returns onside kick for TD Week 15 after bye. Up on NO 20- 13. Saints get a TD on last play, fail 2 pt to win. week 16 PHL. PHL h kicks FG for lead 30-28 just under 4 to go. Interception give Philly a FG at the 2 min warning. WAS marches the field and gets 1st and goal and spikes ball with 11 seconds. Next pkay TD+2 for win with 6 sec left week 17 ATL. ATL ties it with around 1:15 left, WAS is 3 and out and punts, ATL miss a 55+ yd FG at buzzer, WAS gets ball to start OT and gets a TD. week 18 DAL down 3 against Dallas with a little over 3 min left, they drive and get a TD with about 3 sec left Probabilistically speaking……these are highly unlikely to occur. They lose 2 they are likely out of the playoffs. don’t be surprised given next seasons schedule difficulty ( facing nfc north, and afc north) that they might take a step back and be an 8 or 9 win team or be a 10W and miss 1 Quote
Big Blitz Posted 8 minutes ago Posted 8 minutes ago Philadelphia all day. The worse QB The worse coaching. Daniels is playing like Lamar - lite. They have nothing to lose. They’re going to beat Philly bc Hurts isn’t 100 percent. Mitchell might be out. Dean is out. They’re hot and almost fully healthy. Cosmi is a big loss up front tho. Quote
