Anytime I hear these manufactured post draft rumors about how many teams were very high on player A but Beane was able to swoop in and get this highly coveted player (that they wanted all along), you know it’s a bad pick. Happened multiple times now.

I just rewatched it for the first time and I'm in shock at how easy the catch was. I didn't realize it in real time.

This is basically a punt and the catch is going to be uncontested. All he needs to do is track a lob pass and make the soft catch. Instead he inexplicably dives and it bounces off his arms. Massive choke job. Unbelievable. This was a play that could have gone down in legend. The first clip they show on Allen's Hall of Fame induction video. Instead it's something that only tortured Bills fans will remember.

Where are the mismatches?  Where are the big plays?  Why are you not clicking with Josh?  Is Brady to blame?  Opposing TEs continually find soft spots in our coverage, and catch large chunk plays, game after game.  Why can't Kincaid?

9 different Bills have had most receiving yards in a game.  Kincaid has 0.

We know Kincaid has mitts, and he looks smooth sometimes.  Hes got size, and some speed.  Knox is a much more complete TE, yet Kincaid still struggles

Will Kincaid make any big plays against KC?

I like Dalton, and I am rooting for him.  But Im perplexed why he is so underwhelming.

Thoughts?

GO BILLS!

Kincaid was drafted to be TE1 and it's pretty clear he's still TE2. Clearly underachieved this year.

I have much more faith in Knox to make a tough catch and he's a better blocker.

With his key drop tonight, I hope he takes it hard and uses it as motivation to live up to his expectations.

I mean he doesn't even need to dive. It literally is a punt. The catch attempt is bad but his positioning is even worse. He does everything wrong here.

Going to say Knox makes that catch. I have much more faith in him than I do with Kincaid at this point.

It's always something. 13 seconds. Diggs drop. Kincaid forgetting how to play football. ssdd

The anatomy of a choke.

He panics from jump.  Everything is off.  Everything is chaotic.  Nothing slows down.. in fact, it all sped up for him.

Resulting in this uncoordinated nonsense that many of us on this board could have made a better attempt at.

Really frustrating.

The Diggs drop just felt like a culmination of an elite talent that ran its course.

The Kincaid drop feels like maybe, after two years, this guy just isn’t actually that good…

Honestly, fire Beane tomorrow for drafting this dud

How many bad picks has Beanne made? Sorry but Coleman does not have NFL speed and Elam looks more like a undrafted player.  This whole roster is made up of average talented guys and one hall of fame QB. They pumped of Kinkaid but we should have taken Laporta who was drafted later and would not have cost us extra picks.  Then he gets very little in return to hand over fastest player in this previous draft Worthy to the Chiefs.  You never ever help your main opponent out and beanie did because Worthy was a difference maker in this game

This is where I'm at. Funny enough i was in this thread just minutes before the game arguing with a couple people about how I thought Kincaid had been mediocre this year (I didn't realize at the time I was foreshadowing disaster). I was told that his low catch percentage isn't his fault, that Allen needs to throw him better passes or Brady needs to get him more involved. Well here on the final play of the game we see all of the reasons why he wasn't getting involved this season - he failed to get himself to the spot of the throw, he failed to position his body properly, and finally he failed to make the catch. He was drafted in part of because of his elite hands but he had 3 drops over two playoff games (one of which was incorrectly called a catch against Denver).

I'm putting him in the Gabe Davis bucket of players I'll never trust again. Not without sustained consistently good play and even then I'll need to see him do it in a big moment before I'll fully buy in.

The Bills best WR, Shakir, is still 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage when Allen has to release that ball. That sure is a mighty fine play design right there with your season on the line.

Watch it. The line of scrimmage is the 46. Shakir is at the 36, 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage, when Allen is in trouble. Unbelievable that your best receiver is 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage with your QB scrambling for his life looking down field for a target.

But, yes……Kincaid should have caught that. It is way worse than the Harmon drop.

I'm getting more angry thinking about it.

Allen's career is just wasting into oblivion and routinely has NFL films moments just stolen

It makes me feel sick

I have defended Kincaid and not only do I admit I was wrong holy smokes was that bad. 2 key drops, Terrible route running, incapable of getting open.

He also had a key drop vs the ravens.

It's going to be a long off season. Buffalo was the better team but that first half especially on defense was brutal and it basically cost them.

The defense is just not good enough. It doesn't have a true game wrecking player and that's just sad in the Allen era.

They're going to be in this game again many times but they blew another great opportunity.

I'm going to watch a movie and zone out

Again cook me about Kincaid.  He was brutal

We were better when he was hurt, in the first Chiefs game this year. Knox made the catches he needed to.

It's sad man.

Every single top pick from 20-24 was a complete no show. Nothing

Unless he develops late (which TEs do) Kincaid is our Edwards-Helaire. A waste of a first round pick.

We're going to be just a longer version of the Warren Moon oilers unless something changes dramatically.
