You guys don't get it.

It's the crucify every player except Josh Allen-every coach-every move made by the GM-on the Bills season among a certain segment of posters on TSW.  Injuries are just excuses.  Salary cap limits are just more excuses.  Every player except Allen is second rate.  Nobody can make mistakes and nobody can ever improve. The HC and coordinators are trash.  The GM is incompetent because he can't draft players who become All Pros as rookies.   The Bills are doomed to losing unless there's total regime change.

I see you have been paying attention. 😊

I’m cautiously optimistic these guys can be better contributors next year.

I feel things will be much better with the TEs this season.  Brady had a lot to get done his first off season.

I'm thinking more effort will be put into the TEs this camp.

Aren't you a ray of sunshine.  Moving on from Brady?  More likely J Brady will get a head coaching job with another offensive performance that includes increased production from Kincaid.

And for this thread, what nimrod would want to move on from Kincaid?  The Bills finally have two good TEs.  That's what you want.  Get Kincaid stronger and in better shape for next year.  The FO is saying this for both Kincaid and Coleman about as loud as any team can possibly state it.

Nimrod ?

You so dated yourself Bro  😋

Remember when fans wanted Brown either cut or traded for a 7th last year coming off a couple injury riddled seasons? How would that look today?

Only speaking for myself - I defended Brown when others wanted him benched or wanted us to draft a RT high. I thought his physical upside was worth being patient and I saw signs of a future good player even when he was struggling.

Kincaid however I am leaning towards wanting to trade him if we could get a 3rd rounder (or as part of a package for Metcalf if it came to that) because I just don't see NFL traits there, unfortunately. Physically and mentally I don't see a player that will ever be more than decent. He'll be 26 in October so I think he's pretty close to maxed out on his abilities. So I would sell high. Of course I expect us to keep him so hopefully I'm wrong. The injury excuse doesnt really do it for me but I could buy that the game will slow down for him in his 3rd year.

fans on TSW aren't the ones hiring...and then firing all those coordinators.

McDermott has fired precisely 1 O/D coordinator. Dorsey. He has fired two STCs and let another walk at the end of his contract.

Going into year 9 that is actually pretty solid consistency.

It is indeed, it is a really close bit of mimicry of a bunch of rather sad fellows.

Love this one.

lets break it down.

is Josh Allen a top 2 QB in football? Yes of course, right?

Is Brandon Beane a top 2 GM?

Is Sean McDermott a top 2 HC?

Is there anyone on the Bills top 2 at their position?

Is the entire Bills roster top 2 in talent?

The answer to every question other than the one about Josh is clearly “no,” to everyone.

So they are legitimately all second-rate, relatively. Except for Josh.

Fun stuff!

Sorry you are correct. I forgot about Rick. 2 OCs fired in 9 years and one left for a HC job.

Frazier was walked to the recliner.

4th OC, 2nd DC (3rd, if you include McD himself) and 4th STC.

He has fired 2 OCs and 2 STCs. Think it is fair to question the hires he has made to the STC role.

I really want him to be good, but [1] he's not built like the top, dominant TEs and I doubt any amount of weight training will change that significantly, and [2] it doesn't seem like there's enough dog in him, he seems like a nice, suburban boy. Hope I'm wrong...

Trey McBride disagrees with this argument.

You really think Fraizer left on his own?

Don't forget about firing Dennison
