I forgot to wear my “lucky” Bills hat during the first quarter, my wife said, hey! Wtf , lol, so I put it on and we took over after that, we can all thank her!

Because I wore my lucky hoodie I bought this year. 5-0 record wearing it. Yet to wash it. Hope I don’t have to for a few more weeks.

When the game seems to be turning against the Bills, I turn the game off and follow the rest of it on CBS sports live updates.  If I don't watch it, then they have a better chance of winning.  I flipped the game off right after the Derrick henry D**k stomping of the the defense in the 3rd quarter.

I wore my dad's Bills jacket. When my dad passed away, I took possession of his prize Bills jacket. I wear it to honor him and his love for the Bills. My dad threw the best tailgate parties for every home opener and instilled my lifelong love of the Bills.  He always dreamed of a Bills Super Bowl victory and we're going to get it with the jacket on. So far we are undefeated with it and I'm not taking it off until I see Josh hoist up the Lombardi.

- I wore my new Bills socks (2-0 in playoffs wearing them)

- I stayed home; sat on the floor in the middle of my livingroom so my wife and daughters could watch on the couch. 6-0 when watching at home on the Living Room TV.

- I pulled a Tom Grossi tactic and “peed for the D” (peeing before your defense takes the field). I went 3/5 with an INT and 2 fumbles. I will be doing this the next 2 games as well.

- I played Mr Bridghtside

I stayed off TBD for the first half. Posted during halftime and into the 3rd quarter. Put the phone down for the 4th quarter.

This place is toxic during Bills games, I tell ya!

Has anyone noticed the similarity between Bass missing a tying FG at the end of last season's playoff loss to the Chiefs, and the Ravens missing a tying 2 pt conversion last night?

In both cases, the team that could have scored to tie, left the other team's very potent offense time to take the kickoff and go down and score before the end of regulation.  The miss ended hopes for the losing team but would NOT have ended the game.

And if I'm not mistaken both plays occurred at the same end of the field.

Now the Ravens get to spend an offseason gnashing teeth, just like we did.

My wife is not from Buffalo and is not a huge football fan.  She was in a bad mood yesterday and we were getting at each other.  Before the game, she said "I don't care about the game" and "the Bills are going to lose anyway."  Her mom invited her to a play which started about halfway through the Bills game, and she accepted the invitation and went to the play.  We have Sunday Ticket and unlimited data on our phone plan.  This is what popped into my phone during the 4th quarter:

I don't know that you can "block" a 2 point conversion, but I do know that, try as one might, one cannot hide their true Bills fandom!

I think I need to find a play next Sunday and buy her some tickets, pronto!

I did nothing unusual except try to relax during the second half.  I kept thinking about the fact that the Bills were ahead, and that Josh and the rest of the offense was taking pristine care of the ball.  Ultimately it worked.  No screaming, no special clothes, just being one with the moment and being willing to trust what came would suffice.

And THAT was what I did to make the team win.  From Cool Hand Luke, "Sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand."

You're welcome.

My best friend gave me a pair of Bills socks years ago.  I never wore them until the playoffs started this year.

I immediately take them off and put them in a plastic bag right after the games.

Nothing is going to stop this teams Lombardi run this year with them protected like that.
