But $450 will pay the therapy bill for a few weeks if the worst happens. i did this the past 2 times we played KC in the playoffs and the Bills lost. Yeah I won money, but the bills are 0-2 when I tried to “bet against them for good luck” so I decided not to do it this year 5 Quote

He was breaking down and comparing the Bills and KC position groups, head coach, QB, Kicker, etc. He really couldn’t come up with where the Bills have a decided advantage other than maybe Oline. So he picked Buffalo and said the main reason is they are due to have something good happen at the end in their 4th game of this playoff series… and KC is due to have something bad happen at the end. That’s it. That was his final reasoning which we all hope for. The Chiefs have played 17-games that they cared about - they average 24 ppg. September - 23 ppg/4-games October - 27 ppg/3-games November - 23.2 ppg/5-games December - 24 ppg/4 games Throw out at Denver in Week 18. 23 points against Houston in the Divisional. Quote

It's freaking amazing. And I know we are only 2.3% of the Bills fans but how this narrative is so falsey aligned to be ongoing. I really don't know why. Before the Broncos game we heard their OL and DL. Same with the Ravens. Both were ranked 1-2, respectively. We owned their line: offensively, too. The Broncos had the best run defense, Ravens #3 for total yards, ravens #1 & broncos #2 on ypc. In fact, by every statistical measure the ravens and broncos were better on defense except a few regarding passing which lost attribute to their lackluster start until they changed schemes. Our offensive lines beat the best two teams. Our defensive lines held their own against two mobile QBs. The ravens held better offensive stats than the Chiefs, the Broncos were just as competitive. Special teams, without even looking, the Ravens are as good as they'll ever come and I won't entertain the nuance of this argument because it's impossible. All of these stats don't mean a gosh diddly darn thing in the playoffs tomorrow. The best team doesn't always win. But, to the point being argued - the Bills OL and DL have got to a whole other level. 2 Quote
bills6969 Posted yesterday at 01:57 AM Posted yesterday at 01:57 AM The ‘21 Divisional round game is on NFLN and I subjected myself to watching it. The ending is so painful my god. All we had to do was squib it. 1 2 Quote

That literally doesn't do anything as explained multiple times You can give yourself up on a squib.. you can fall on it at the 25-30 yard line and no time comes off You don't need to let it go all the way down to the five yard line and let a returner pick it up like you do week three.. in a game ending situation you have the up man fall on it ASAP... No time goes off the ball and you'll get it around the 25 or 30 Quote
ChronicAndKnuckles Posted yesterday at 02:04 AM Posted yesterday at 02:04 AM Somebody on the BB Reddit made a cool comparison to Michael Jordan and Josh Allen. MJ lost to the Pistons 3 times in the postseason and then finally beat them in his 7th year in the 4th matchup. Allen lost 3 times and is now in his 7th season preparing for their 4th matchup. It probably doesn’t mean anything, but I thought it was pretty neat. 2 1 1 Quote

The Bills haven’t leaned too hard on one person to carry the load on offense or defense all year. Balance has been the theme of this thing all year. 1 1 Quote

Remember when the Bills DL got trucked by a bunch of Bengals third stringers? I’ll believe it when I see it when it comes to the Bills DL dominating a game. For now, we CANNOT go into a game expecting the Bills DL dominating ANYONE. If you are having to go back in time a few seasons ago, its not a strong point. Im worried about our right tackle situation. Remember how Spencer Brown looked a few years ago? Quote

I tried to correct the original and then erased my comment because it might seem petty. The worst thing about that AFC Championship game was because of it the Bills were overconfident and partied way too much. Still remember watching that 51 - 3 blowout from a UCLA dorm room. My roommate was from Batavia, and we could hardly believe it. Seemed like an alternate reality. I think this team and Josh Allen are ready to grab the ring. The moment will not be too big for them, and no one is tempted to take anything for granted. Quote
