So I saw on the Chiefs board that Buffalo lost to the New England Patriots and can't possibly be thinking Superbowl.  AND....AND nobody even bothered to challenge that statement.

Completely delusional fanbase and forum. Every other post on Chiefs Planet is one of the following (and often a mixture of them):

 

1) Chiefs have been saving all their good players for the playoffs.

 

2) The regular season is just practice and they barely even try.

 

3) A 10+ point win for the Chiefs is a strong possibility

 

It’s just a non-stop repetition of those three posts over and over and over again.

I expect it from their dilusional fans, but the worst part is that the guys on Locked on Chiefs believe they are saving things as well lol. And they basically said Chiefs have been in coast mode all season.

 

There were literally in a 13-12 game with 5 minutes left in the 3rd quarter last week lol. To say they are saving things or were just coasting on purpose is beyond dillusional

I want to be wrong but I just don't see this happening. Unfortunately people have been saying this about the Chiefs all season long and yet here they are. weird, but maybe understandable.
Until we finally beat them in a playoff game, they will be way overconfident.
Let's put an end to it once and for all.

It’s more than luck. I have read many posts on here stating that the Bills will win by more than 10+… Chiefs fans aren’t the only ones that are delusional. I will agree anyone saying Reid was holding things back are idiots. But I will say that there were times it did appear that the team was apathetic during the regular season. It would be pretty natural after all the highly stressful games they have played at the end of the last 3 seasons. Finally I have to laugh at the few posts I have seen that make reference to the Chiefs being afraid of the Bills…. Highly doubtful, I have to believe that the Chiefs fully believe that they could lose on Sunday and that you just happen to be the next opponent.
