I have a fear and I’m going to express it in the hopes it jinxes it into not happening. My fear is a game in which KC is in total control  but not by a wide margin on the scoreboard. the bills are panicking and floundering trying to play catch-up the whole game. The kind of game that feels like slow suffocating.

Apparently waking your wife up as she's falling asleep whispering Mr Brightside is grounds for getting fussed at.

It was, though I didn't write that. I tried to correct the original and then erased my comment because it might seem petty. The worst thing about that AFC Championship game was because of it the Bills were overconfident and partied way too much. Still remember watching that 51 - 3 blowout from a UCLA dorm room. My roommate was from Batavia, and we could hardly believe it. Seemed like an alternate reality.

I think this team and Josh Allen are ready to grab the ring. The moment will not be too big for them, and no one is tempted to take anything for granted

Man if only we could win like that tomorrow!

I did a bit of a deep dive on epa stats and some situational stuff.

Bills are ahead of KC on offensive and defensive epa.  Bills are not great on passing, but are solid on run d EPA.  On o, the bills are too like 5 on pass EPA, and number two next to Washington of all teams on run EPA.  DC lost their best lineman, so I think they will be much worse tomorrow.  KC really just does super well on 3rd down.  That's really the only place they shine statistically.

The teams aside from Buffalo a the best combined lines are Denver, Baltimore, Detroit and Philly.  We beat Detroit albeit their dl was down men, we smoked Denver, and did just enough to beat Baltimore.  We should have a chance to test our mettle vs Philly in the chip.  I really think our dl can impact mahomes enough given how their blocking is not good, and they won't have an answer to the run game.

I can’t see that man. There’s some games in the past I’ve had reservations about being confident for but this one is different. Not because KC isn’t as dominant, which they are, but we seem to be doing just enough to keep each side of the ball going as of late.

When the defense isn’t holding the offense has done well and vice versa. Last week the first half of the Baltimore game was great from both units. If we bring that same energy, production and effort I can’t see why we aren’t up at the half by multiple scores. Capitalizing on that being the case during the second half and not leaving the door open will be key. not because I doubt McD or the coaching staff but because Reid and his team are just that good in nail biter games.

At least, that’s how I’m feeling. Should be a great one!

That's what half-measures will get you.

You've got to bring it like you mean it.

To think in a little less than 24 hours, this could be the most joyous night in TBD history............... or another familiar heartbreak.

Two polar opposites.

Can't we just have nice things for ONCE?!?!!?

I’m really stoked that the game is in Arrowhead.  I know it’s traditionally a hard place to win and the Bills have suffered a couple tough playoff losses there.  But this club has been dialed in on road games. The offense plays well.  Maybe they enjoy the “us against the world” feeling.

You could have just said "club has been dialed in". They could be playing in clownshoes on a frozen pond and I'd think they'd win

The way I’m feeling right now is the way I felt the week leading up to my wedding and my children being born. I’m 33 and I was 2 the last time the bills were in the Super Bowl.

I know God doesn’t care about football, but please God. Just one

In a little less than 24 hours the board will be flooded with comments and threads about how we need to fire McDermott or how Philly is about to destroy us in the Super Bowl

Even if we get nice things we don't know how to enjoy them.
