Offensively we’ll be 100%. There was no Kincaid or Coleman at Orchard Park. Spencer Brown also missed the game. It’s of course our defense that has sustained these late injuries against a Chiefs offense that had three weeks to prepare and were not impressive against the Texans. I forgot Brown missed the KC game. That is a big deal. 1 3 1 Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Keon Coleman might need his Alvin Harper moment to win this. Man oh man I'm excited 1 Quote
Sweats Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago What i'm seeing this year from the Bills is that they are forcing teams to play their best game against us to win.......KC has looked absolutely lackluster all season and i'm hoping this Sunday is not the day for this KC team to "go off". If we can mentally beat them into submission early and often, we are walking away with the win.........bank on it. 3 Quote
Solomon Grundy Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Mahomes will be looking to get the ball out quick. Will McDermott play more man coverage? OBD says they've been playing more of it recently Quote

I looked up to see if the rule still exists and it does but apparently it has not been called since like 1991. That's worrisome. You have to wonder if at some time in a critical game at a critical moment in a game it's going to get called in a way that costs the Bills big time. Quote

That ravens game showed them almost nothing. We could really surprise them on offense. Unless the "conservative" strategy and mindset we saw on O in the second half of the Ravens game continues to take the initiative away from Allen. Sure the Ravens made adjustments but by keeping everything in front of them we made their job that much easier and adjustments that much more effective. KC is surely beatable but, unlike the Ravens, they don't beat themselves. Brady needs to open or revisit the playbook and challenge the Chiefs in the intermediate and deep parts of the field. Josh Allen is your principal asset by far needless to say. You go with your best shot even if that also raises the risk profile. Do not take the ball out of his hands. He is and has always been an aggressive player, sometimes too aggressive, but the solution is not to neuter him or ask him to execute like a lesser QB who cannot be trusted to make enough plays. I say that fully recognizing the importance of limiting errors, especially turnovers, and especially in a playoff game. 1 Quote

When the Bills rushed 3 and dropped 8 in high leverage situations they gave up back breaking plays. Two weeks in a row Douglas and Rapp/Hamlin have given up bombs. And the Chiefs almost hit a long one to Hollywood Brown deep. Quote

JoshAllin Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Cook only ran for 20 yards on 9 carries, if they could get him going the score might not be as close as the last game. Cook and the OL improved a lot since then Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago KC hasn't had a single turnover in 8 GAMES. They are due. We will accept 4 takeaways. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 1 2 1 Quote
BillsFan130 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago (edited) If the bills lose this game, I want them to go down swinging. Offence: Admittedly I'm a bit concerned with the heavy run approach. I think it's going to be a long day at the office if the bills try to run as much as last week. Even though the Bills were very productive against the chiefs the last meeting, I feel a lot of that was Josh bailing them out of 3rd and longs- Will be hard to replicate that in Arrowhead Josh needs 30-35 drop backs IMO Defence: Love how much they blitzed Baltimore. (48 percent of drop backs) Lets hope Bobby B keeps dialing up pressures. assuming they get their guys back, I think this Bills defence matches up pretty well against KC Edited 6 hours ago by BillsFan130 Quote

If they were full time, I would expect the league would have them work at all the training camps from day one and in mini camps and OTAs Individual teams arrange for officials to be present in some of those situations, but if it were available all the time, it would help the players be more cognizant of playing clean. I don't think it would be unreasonable for officials to spend a month out of the year training for their job. Some of that time could be spent reviewing officiating from the previous season. I'm sure teams would be happy to prepare a video summary of that they felt to be controversial or just plain bad calls that happen, if it would help improve the officiating. Quote

Compare that to like the eagles/rams game that ended in a pretty similar score where each team had 7-8 second half drives. Kincaid slipped on the play and the ball hit him in the facemask. If he stayed up I think it was a pretty easy catch. Quote

I just think many of them stink. Quote
Danger Mouse Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I would love, love, love an offensive playbook that didn’t involve Josh’s legs for this game. they are going to be so all over that. We should have enough talent to not rely on it. 2 Quote
zow2 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Was listening to Mad Dog Russo on Sirius this afternoon. He had a caller with a deep southern accent saying he’s praying that the Bills win. He said he won’t watch the Super Bowl if Kansas City makes it again. It was funny and Russo agreed and says he’s praying with him. People are really sick of the chiefs 1 Quote
