I do. I think the fans see this game as the Superbowl. But thats in 3 Sundays. I think the team sees this as the team standing in their way. I think it is easy to put too much into games like this. Look at Ohio St v Michigan. Ohio St was a vast superior team but played so tight because they made the game bigger than what it was. That correct mindset they win. Playing tight because we have to beat “The Chiefs” is how they lose. Thats is what I am meaning in mindset and seeing the game for what it is. Quote

Hopefully he's okay, and will be able to suit up for the game. Otherwise, not bad news overall. When Rapp was getting carted off, it felt like his season might be done, so day-to-day is the best update we could have hoped for there. What I read was he was injured on the onside kick.. Doh! Quote
BuffaloBaumer Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Dreading the injury update. I don't like the mystery on Milano at all. Benford and Milano were the MVPs of the Ravens game. 2 Quote

No. Neither are as good, especially with Watson and Omenihu back in the fold. Not counting Week 18 against the Chiefs' backups, Denver's D allowed almost 30 ppg over their last 5, and were lucky it wasn't worse (Jonathan Taylor's blunder while jogging into the endzone and some other flukery). They allowed 500 yds or just under several times in that stretch. Saying they're on another level from KC's D is an insult. Omenihu and Watson improve their pass defense for sure. It’s the run defense we’re talking about. KC has always been vulnerable to a strong inside run. Especially when Chris Jones lines up outside to rush. Quote

Difference in playing tight or loose. It would be regular human reaction for Buffalo to play nervous in a spot and position they have failed at previously. Imo Baltimore was tight and sporadic Sunday. Everyone trying to do too much and it resulted in mistakes that costed them the game. I think Buffalo will play loose. Allen keeps taking what the defense gives him and they roll. Quote
Solomon Grundy Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I would LOVE to hear Tom Brady announcing a Super Bowl game with Josh Allen at QB!! What irony!! 1 Quote

I think the Bills aren’t tight or nervous. They know they can beat the Chiefs. If it was 2020 or 2021, I would think nerves came into play. I think Beasley said he felt like the lights were a little too bright for the guys back then. I think they are a hardened playoff team now. I think there was more nerves this last game because the divisional round blues the last 3 years. I agree with you they will play loose this Sunday. 1 Quote

So…just like every year as fans of any teams. lol Quote

Taking it serious isn't the right words. With where the team is they have every week. Mack Hollins had quote before Denver. Along the lines of its the playoffs everything changes and everyone needs to up their play. He said thats BS. Be the guy and teammate that got them here. Quote

90sBills Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago 1 hour ago, Logic said: I joked about it earlier in this thread, but the Bills need to find the "chip on their shoulder" this week. You and I and everyone else can find the notion of needing extra motivation in such a big game silly. But we saw, and had it confirmed by multiple players, how impactful the media all picking the Ravens, the Jerry Coleman comments, etc was for the Bills players. Allen mentioned it right after the game. Just about every pro athlete is motivated by perceived disrespect, and our team seems ESPECIALLY motivated by it. They THRIVE as underdogs. You and I can think that's silly, but that's the reality. Meanwhile, you have Andy Reid saying to the press yesterday "I presume the Bills will be favored, but that's okay, we'll do what we do". He's already planting the seeds in his players' minds that THEY'RE the underdogs. Nevermind that they were a one loss one-seed. I GUARANTEE that they'll be painting themselves as the underdogs all week in their locker room. So I hope the media doubts the Bills loudly and repeatedly all week, harps on how Josh CAN'T beat Mahomes in the playoffs, etc. The Bills need to find their chip for this week. According to Vegas oddsmakers KC would be underdogs at a neutral site. So Reid isn’t wrong for saying that. With how the media has treated KC this whole season I wouldn’t be surprised if the narrative would lean towards the Bills this week. 1 Quote

It’s at KC so they are clearly the favourites ,,, No chance that the media won’t be pumping up the Chiefs all week Quote
