Good rule of thumb for most things these days, presale sucks. It’s not real. If it’s not easily expendable money for you then totally avoid it.

I jumped on the Ticketmaster “presale” with another device on the other ticket sites and TM’s official presale was noticeably much higher.

I’ve been price watching KC’s AFCCG tickets for a few years. Same as the Bills tickets come out of the gate high and drop all week.

I can already get 300 levels for half of what you posted and lower bowl for less than the $750 posted for nosebleeds.

I have a price point in mind. My flight and hotel are booked. I’ll be checking pricing daily until it dips to where I’m comfortable. But I have no problem waiting it out until day of and I’m already there.

Gone are the days of high prices right up until kick off.

that's crazy.  so are you looking at market place apps or doing footwork and calling people and such?

if the snippets of injurie reports i've been reading here go left, we are going to have to run the heck out of the ball.

even if we are healthy on d, running the ball well would be a big big help.  it's been talked to to death, but we basically need to win the turnover battle.  running the ball well is a great way to shift those odds in our favor.

We have to score lot of points against KC. Even if they are not great at the WR position, Mahomes , Kelce and others can do enough damage on the score board. Imo , the game plan will be different from that against the Broncos and Ravens and we will tilt towards more passes of the short to medium variety. Look for Shakir, Knox and Kincaid to be more involved and perhaps Coleman on crossers.

I think the chiefs are gonna have a hard enough time stopping the run especially if it’s gonna be one of those ‘blind eye to OL holding’ games

its flying under the radar but the bills have run the ball effectively on arguably the two best rushing defenses in the league to the point where Payton literally said in his press conference he was baffled by it and I’m sure Harbaugh would agree.  The chiefs rush defense is def good/fringe top 10 but ravens/broncos are on a whole other level

Ravens and Broncos defenses on a whole other level? No. Neither are as good, especially with Watson and Omenihu back in the fold.

Not counting Week 18 against the Chiefs' backups, Denver's D allowed almost 30 ppg over their last 5, and were lucky it wasn't worse (Jonathan Taylor's blunder while jogging into the endzone and some other flukery). They allowed 500 yds or just under several times in that stretch. Saying they're on another level from KC's D is an insult.

Our lack of pass rush is always our achilles heal vs KC.    We need our pass rushers to step up in this game big time.  KC’s oline has had issues of late.  We cannot let Patty have all day to throw he will slice us up.  We weren’t really able to get to Lamar yesterday which was concerning.

we blitzed the hell out of Jackson, he was 6/12 for 99 yards and an INT.

He also fumbled when we pressured him.

When we didn't get pressure on him he carved us up...but we got pressure and it cost them the game my dude.

Also, rushing Pat Mahomes is a little different than the rush plan against Lamar. We got two sacks and a bunch of pressures against Mahomes earlier this year. If you are just referring to past playoff performances and the d-line not getting pressure on him, ok sure that is accurate. But this is a different defense, with a different coordinator who isnt afraid to send pressure, with different defenders.

The biggest thing about Chiefs playoff games is that they never beat themselves (oh and the whole refs thing). But Mahomes and the Chiefs aren't going to give you gifts like Jackson and Andrews did. We have to play well in every aspect of the game. I still think the Chiefs offense is not quite the same as past playoff teams, although it is better than it was 2 months ago. Spags is really going to make things uncomfortable for Allen/Brady. For me, as long as the defense can hold up, I see this as one of those 23-20 type games with the Bills winning

It's not forecast to be that cold.  32-ish falling into the mid-20s.  Unless you call that "cold as hell".  In which case WTF do you call tonight's low of -5F?

That's what a 17 yr playoff drought will do for ya

I don’t live in New York so that -5 ain’t my life anymore tho it is cold here too in the 20s right now

He is acting as though his specific viewing of the team is right and we are all wrong. Who says "I've been watching this team closely for 4 years and they aren't ready yet" almost as if he is some sort of expert over everyone else here who also watches the team closely. It's one thing to have an opinion but he is acting like his is the way and that's just how it is

Don't let fools upset you.  That is their goal.  Don't reward it by reacting.

Yea totally understand man, the South is getting blasted with a cold wave right now but I’ll take my COL being extremely low and my 2,400 square foot house for 400K but I would love a beach and warm weather year round

Cold and in the 20s? You Americans crack me up sometimes😉feels like -30 (Celsius) where I am now.

But I know it's all relative- As if you were in a colder climate then moved to a warmer one, then in the 20s would feel a lot colder to your point

JFC - can people stop responding to this Harold guy - it's not that difficult to understand.  All you are doing is polluting the thread.  If you want to have a meaningless argument with the guy do it over PM or exchange phone numbers or email

These aren't the same Chiefs from 2020, Mahomes isn't the same Mahomes but if we leave Travis Kelce open all day like he was against the Texans we're not winning this game. I'd like to see McDermott pull a Belichick and take away the Chiefs best player in Kelce by double covering him. The defense needs to get to Mahomes or at least disrupt the timing because if we go into this game thinking Taron Johnson is going to single cover Kelce we're toast (He got lit up by Rashod Bateman and someone named Wallace all game).

I am just checking all the Stubbubs. TickPicks, Gametimes of the world. Prices are still dropping.

I’ll likely have a ticket in hand (phone?) before I fly out Saturday. What I meant was that if I feel like I have to wait or hold out a little longer I am not afraid to.

For reference tick pick is down to $384 this am, all in taxes and fees included. That ticket won’t get more expensive the longer I wait. I’m fairly confident that as we get closer that will drop under $300.

I am holding out (hoping?) for $400 (all in) in the lower bowl. But I think that might get tight.

you're the kind of guy who goes to a destination wedding and people complain about how much they paid to fly and hotel and paid half and get a free breakfast, aren't you?

well, you missed the word RUSH before defense in my post which was literally the entire point of the post so this is awkward haha im sorry you felt insulted but it’s entirely due to reading comprehension.

Baltimore and Denver allowed 3.6 ypc and 4 ypc (1st and 2nd best). in the regular season and were 1st and 3rd in rushing yards allowed per game.  If we’re talking about total defense I’d agree that KC is right there with those two teams or better because Baltimore and denver were giving up some big passing plays when they had issues.  I was specifically talking about rushing though because that’s what the bills like to do

In November- the Chiefs are perceived to be the best team in the NFL- Buffalo beats them.

In December- the Lions are perceived to be the best team in the NFL- Buffalo beats them.

In January- the Ravens are perceived to be the best team in the NFL- Buffalo beats them.

It seems quite apparent- the Buffalo Bills are the best team in the NFL

WGR was talking about Milano this morning...he missed the last few plays and McDermott had no answer yesterday....is this an actual issue?

THey have every opportunity to prove that by winning two more games.

I wish. lol.

But no, I’ve actually bought this game a few times before it was scheduled only for it not to happen. Then you watch the tickets for the actual game and they’re much cheaper.

I relatively recently moved to Saratoga and live around the corner from SPAC. I’ve done “official band presale” for a dozen bands the last few years only for tickets to be 1/3 the price leading up to the show.

Edit: PRO TIP, if you’re planning a trip and price shopping for a few days/weeks use your private browser and/or a VPN. The more you search for the same or similar destination the more the ticket/hotel/flight broker raises prices. If you’re planning a don’t believe me spend the next few days searching for flights for the same weekend in the same city like 90 days out.

Who has the best barbecue?

Jack Stack BBQ is what I had when I went for 13 seconds. Was delicious. Burnt Ends are awesome.
