What's with the bickering? Can you all stop.

Many here don't abide by the directive: "do not feed the trolls."

The result is the corrupted thread that we are now enduring instead of enjoying.

We live in a world where people are more interested in hearing their own voice instead of the voices of others... and it's very important for too many, to have the last word.

You would definitely hope that the team has reached out to the league for final clarification on Dawkins' "Ice Pick" move. (Spencer Brown has adopted the move too)

If I were the Bills I would ask the NFL for a definitive statement and certainly not just leave it to chance.

I truly cannot believe that actual NFL refs have penalized Bills o-linemen for using a sn@tch-trap multiple times this offseason.

I, a regular dude on my couch with only low to medium knowledge of football technique and nuance, could tell without a shadow of a doubt that it was a sn@tch-trap. The fact that one or more of the guys who call NFL games for a living couldn't see it is jaw dropping.

The fact that the NFL still doesn't have full time officials in general is jaw dropping, especially given that there is now legalized sports gambling.

I honestly don't think it matters.  NBA, MLB, and NHL have full time officials and people complain just as much.  They pry should do it for optics though for gambling like you mentioned.

Just as the Bills had the Greg(g), we also have the Clap(p).

The Bills have no fewer than 25 coaches on staff as well as assistants and paid interns.

On the plus side, for the second week in a row a Bills O-lineman has gotten away with pulling the ball carrier without being called for a penalty... it is legal to push the ball carrier.

Yeah I am surprised we get away with pulling the ball carrier too. We've done it a handful of times. I looked up to see if the rule still exists and it does but apparently it has not been called since like 1991.

Yes, it's been referred to as one of those "never called rules" which still exist.

IMO such rules should either be enforced or removed from the Rules Book.

Like the league really needs to queue up another "Tuck Rule" controversy to rear its ugly head at the worst possible moment.

But as we all know, the NFL is more focused on making money than it is improving the game.

Two things I hope McDermott and the staff aggressively point out to the officiating crew is how often the Chiefs OT aren’t lined up on the line scrimmage. It gives the OT an advantage in mitigating the DE’s. Secondly, the amount of early/false starts Taylor has before the ball is snapped. Both give the Chiefs an advantage if not called.

Why? I was right about Rams over Minn. And Washington over Detroit.

It's just another game.

Like I said, next year is the year. I was right last year and the year before that when Buffalo didn't get in.

It's just sports. Trivial  Fun time.

And again, I've already said I'd like Buffalo to win. I have for years. I wanted them to vs Dallas.

But I'll evaluate as I see fit. Are we adults with the ability to disagree? Or cattle who need to feel part of the group?

Harold, I'm not sure why you're sharing your credentials with us.

There are a lot of people here who know the Bills.  And there are a lot of people here who make pretty good predictions.  But the best experts in the world are often wrong about football outcomes.  No one - not even you - has perfect predictive power.  That's one of the things that makes football so exciting: "On any given Sunday..."

A little humility might help you enjoy more positive interactions with the good people on this board.

Saying "I don't think this team ready" is an opinion

Saying "I've been watching for years and the window hasn't opened yet"

Sounds definitive and like your better than other people at seeing it

Lol nope, no where am I putting anyone down. Not a single thing I said can be defined that way.

I'm talking about a team in the television. Not one single personal comment has been made

Yeah I love the "but for the turnovers" mindset. Turnovers are an integral part of the game. Not unlike putting in golf. Rory McIlroy would have won the US Open for this year if he could have made a couple 3 foot putts.

Our players made fewer game changing mistakes than their players.  That's why we won.

Their offensive players made more good plays than ours, but they made more bad plays too.  And the bad plays were really bad.

People said Lamar had a better game than Josh.  Lamar did throw for more yards, but he also crucially turned the ball over twice.  I'll take Josh's stat line over Lamar's.

In every universe, they deserved to lose and we deserved to win.

I've been incredibly humble. I'm just saying Bills dont win this week and that's where everyone is raising their pitchforks lol.

I haven't insulted a single soul or put anyone down in any way. Nor am I coming in like some pro Chiefs fan, mocking and trolling.

I'll say it again for the 3rd time.

I actually would like to see Buffalo win.

I just don't think it's SB 59 season.

That is all

Just peeked at box office sale, tickets are unbelievably high. Prices are what you would expect for Vegas, New York or LA, not Kansas City. Are there 75,000+ people in KC area who can afford $750 uppers and lowers as high as 2k? There are club levels with $2500 face.

Good rule of thumb for most things these days, presale sucks. It’s not real. If it’s not easily expendable money for you then totally avoid it.

I jumped on the Ticketmaster “presale” with another device on the other ticket sites and TM’s official presale was noticeably much higher.

I’ve been price watching KC’s AFCCG tickets for a few years. Same as the Bills tickets come out of the gate high and drop all week.

I can already get 300 levels for half of what you posted and lower bowl for less than the $750 posted for nosebleeds.

I have a price point in mind. My flight and hotel are booked. I’ll be checking pricing daily until it dips to where I’m comfortable. But I have no problem waiting it out until day of and I’m already there.

Gone are the days of high prices right up until kick off.

I am very curious to fly to St Louis or somewhere else, and make the trek up. The market is oversatured with tickets right now. Prices will plummet.

I was able to find flights for us on Sat & Mon via one way tix on two airlines to MCI. Did not want to rent a car or drive. They were expensive but not the crazy amounts that were posted for RT tix.

Using this for tix, hotel, ride from hotel to game & pre-game party. First time using them so hope they are ok. Posting in case anyone else would like to go.

You're not just saying we won't win, you're saying you have been watching closely for years and the Bills aren't there yet which comes off the wrong way. That's the problem. The way you say it make it seem like you can see something no one else does which would make you an expert.

I thought this was done, but it has started back up again.  We are now at 35 posts talking about one thing that Harold Jackson (a relative newbie) said.  Please give it a rest.

Harold, you joined last month.  There’s really no pitchforks for pessimism in this town, we’ve been through it all with this team over the years and all dealt with it in different ways.  But don’t pop in now and do the incessant omniscient act.  Be a pest this week in your own community.

On the road this Bills defense has given up, 44, 42, 35, 23, 23, 20, 20, 10, 10, totaling 227 in 9 games. Thats 25.2 points average. Assume we give up 25, I like our chances.

What would it mean for the officials to be full time? What do they do from February to August?
