Expand If you're too tired you become a liability. Think of it as a hockey shift. That last drive Lamar was running around for like 10 seconds. That's going to make an athlete exhausted and a liability. At that point it's smart to get someone rested on the field. He probably told Dorian to go in. He was spying Lamar all night.... Expand Milano was in for only 3 of the 10 plays (or 11 counting the 2 point conversion attempt) in Raven's last drive. Hopefully it's just the defensive package. It's kind of strange he wasn't in the 2 point conversion attempt though after sitting out for 3 consecutive defensive plays while Dorian played his role spying Lamar in these 4 (3 + the 2 point conversion attempt).
