If you turn the ball over are you really the better team?

I think it would be a bit absurd to say whoever loses the turnover battle in a single event is somehow better or worse. We have a high propensity for generating turnovers. It is part of the McD way. It's still a fairly volatile outcome over the long term. You would like to be able to be good enough to win without turnovers. I don't believe we would have been good enough today. We have some holes and our defense looked very playoff like in the 2nd half. But at the end of the day we have 2 more games. We match up decent with KC and I would roll the dice with any NFC team. So pretty incredible, we have a legit shot even in not being perfect.

The Bills felt like they went 4-wide more to tonight, but there were no shots deep after that first one to Hollins.

Kincaid continues to be invisible.

Tunnel screens again.

Even our backs didn’t get much work tonight.

I'm actually rather happy my dude. It was a huge win. Only two more. I have no hair, that's why I'm so F'n miserable.

If you just look at that, you would say the Ravens win handlily

Then you see the turnover below:

Turnover is critical between quality teams in the playoffs. We saw last night in Detroit as well.

I am also very encouraged by the Bills rushing yards, out-pacing the passing yards. Remember Ravens has the #1 run defense. In January football, you need to be able to run the ball and we do have it now. Now they do need to pick up the passing game some heading into KC.

Felt like we played conservatively on offense. Had we pushed the ball down field more we would have most likely had more yards but maybe one or two more turnovers.

Was better to play the conservative ball control game this game given we had a a lead for most of the game.

What concerns me is the possibly of Bills WR’s not getting open downfield.  I’m waiting to hear what Joe Marino says

The last drive prevents are killer. They gave up huge chunk plays, if you're gonna give huge chunk plays then let them get it by blitzing and not giving Lamar all day to throw.

they did try to blitz and pressure the QB on that last drive...but couldn't get to Lamar.

I don’t either but lean on this guy named Jason Statham for confidence. You got this my bald brother. Big win!

Maybe, maybe not, but I doubt we would have been so conservative offensively either in that scenario.

Turnovers were the difference.

agreed. I consider the 3 and outs in the playoffs as basically a turnover. So that first possession of the 2nd half for the bills.
