A season doesn’t go by I don’t think about a 9-7 Bills team peaking and going to that Super Bowl, getting a beat down by San Francisco out of the way and going on stronger in 1990.

My thought too.  He literally bounced up in the air off his head. It’s amazing the trauma the skeleton can take. Well

I saw an interview with Beebe years later, and he said there was no permanent injury, but it hurt like hell when it happened.

What happened to Ronnie Harmon? He went on to have a good career and was a 1st Rd pick in 86 for buffalo.

 

Was Kenneth Davis just way better? 

Harmon was less an RB and better coming out of the backfield to catch passes... (save the one we are talking about) But, of course Thurmy was one of the best RBs down field I remember playing for the Bills, so he was really kind of a gadget guy... Kenny Davis was actually a really solid back that could spell 34 and was actually faster so he could break away too... had some great games for us...
