Samuel’s had a couple good plays, one taken away by penalty.

I get you for sure.  I hope they have been saving Coop for

I also get your point. But 1(2) catches for a top receiver, or, for TWO top receivers... how can that be. It's been like that all year, no unique to this game. Yet the offense is clicking and scoring ha ha. It still makes no sense. We can dream than against KC and in the Superbowl, somehow, WRs become threats again. Kincaid too, while at it.

BTW there was no deep pass attempt by the Bills! At all! The Ravens did try some and succeed in a few. Josh is too good to  just dink and doink all game.

Yea he got too conservative 3rd quarter - that tight end screen on 3rd and medium in particular sucked. But in his defense he did try a couple of hard sell play action deep shots and Josh came off them because there wae nothing open. The final drive where we got stopped at the 2 he used two plays I was asking for earlier - slant to Keon and misdirection roll out to the back in the flat - but honestly we don't have a ton of plays that work when a team takes the middle away. And the Ravens second half said "you are not beating us in here, go outside if you like" and we have no answers. That is largely personnel although the bit that is on coaching is they have to find a package for Cooper. Even if just to throw him one or two safe, caught or out of bounds, type balls. Just to make the D respect it.

Got conservative or Josh didn’t have a great game..or both.

Would have preferred gutting them for points.

Ultimately, they trusted rhe D to bring home a win!

We won. That’s what matters.

But…. Next week we do have to involve all our receivers. Josh was having issues tonight for whatever reason.  Last few years I screamed at the TV to stretch the defense. This year they’ve done better, except the last few gems. That type of play calling/execution does not win the games moving forward.

Cooper and Coleman involved more would at the very least allow Shakir to elevate his game.

It's really bothersome that there is no designed plays for Cooper in any game. He is by far our most experienced WR and we'll need him badly against the Chiefs.

Again,  Brady and all his predecessors have struggled to scheme up much.  Cooper should've been used against the #31 pass defense.  Brady decided to throw all the analytics out the door and run right at Baltimore's strength.  And it damn near cost us the game.

I dont quite understand why they arent using him.

If he’s taking the other teams top CB/ double team I’m fine with that

Brady won't run outside passes, maybe the odd quick out or a couple 50/50 balls to 0.

His scheme has shown zero ability to get the ball to wrs, and increasingly TEs down the field.

The biggest weakness to me was the lack of wheel routes and RB passes.  Ty was impactful every time he was south there, so instead he goes extra ol and runs cook into a pile.

He better figure it out with a quickness now, but he leans on the same stuff too much

But yet he's also the least experienced WR we have in this offense and having reps with Josh Allen.

Samuel appears to be healthy and have moved past him on the depth chart. Cooper also has a lot of the same skillet as Coleman .

her's an all pro, he doesn't need reps he needs the ball thrown in his direction whether by design or off script imo.

Marino talked about how he does not block, the Bills value guys who do everything so he is not on the field as much.  I mean is Hollins more talented?  He is a dawg and they want dawgs out there most of the time.

Off this team next year. Resign Hollins. Bills need to look for speed threat opposite Coleman next year in the draft.

Speed is one thing, but whomever it is,needs to be able to gain separation

We only passed 22 times, a few of those were throwaways.   Honestly, this offense became way too conservative in the 2nd half, too much running.  Up 11 points and we were running in heavy formations against heavy boxes.  Frankly, we were fortunate tonight.  Could have been an epic choke on our end because we took the ball out of Allen's hands.

We must start getting the ball downfield more

They aren't saving him for anything.  They've struggled to get him involved since day 1.  Brady has no clue what to do with him.  I don't know who the next OC will be, but Josh deserves someone like what Spags gives KC. Someone offensively competent who will stick around 5 years.  That was the worst called 2nd half I've ever seen from Brady.

it’s strange how few reps he’s getting.

Trying not to project past situations as we have Brady now but it’s weird how slow guys get worked in under McDermott so I’m not sure what to think

I have a weird concern that's he's in the dog house or something.

I'm getting shades of Mike Williams (RIP) and Marrone.

Ty Johnson is our least covered player by far, so we keep him off the field vs the best running d in the NFL by a country mile.

The ol was solid, so the quick small ball stuff laterally was dumb.

Some roll outs with a pass option for Josh woulda killed them.  They worked every time.

If Brady gets a HC gig he will be lucky to look as good as Dabol has, and that's not great

Look, the Bills offense personnel has changed. They have gone from the best weapons were at WR1 and WR2 in yester years, to now their best weapons are RB1, RB2 and RB3.

If Cooper were 2022 Diggs, he would get targets. But instead he's behind Curtis Samuel. If Cooper gets favorable matchups, he'll get the balls, plain and simple.
