The interpretation of the 14th Amendment is cut and dry. It’s an unconstitutional order and should be struck down in the judiciary. The 14th Amendment is clear and a court order to halt the EO appears reasonable. But that doesn't address the legal disposition of the parents if they're "illegal" with regards to an "anchor baby" situation or scenario. What if the outcome is the child born a US citizen can stay but the parents cannot?
daz28 Posted Friday at 06:34 PM Posted Friday at 06:34 PM trump pardoned the "protestors" who blocked people's access to abortion clinics. Apparently, he thinks citizens shouldn't have access to places that he doesn't agree that they should have access to. Freedumb?

Protesting clinics is fine, blocking access is something different though some of the penalties I’ve read about seem disproportionate imo. As for the pardons, well everyone is always upset with that sort of thing. Biden pardoned/commuted sentences of killers, for instance. I don’t see the justice in that. I always wonder why people aren’t arrested and jailed for blocking roads and interstates in the name of climate justice, or whatever cause they are protesting. 1

Buy'dum bought votes with student debt. trump bought them with pardons. Dems didn't arrest rioters, and trump pardons them. It's ALL a mess from both sides.
