Oh I’m well aware Trump’s team wants this to go to SCOTUS.

I don’t think it gets there tbh. The interpretation of the 14th Amendment is cut and dry. It’s an unconstitutional order and should be struck down in the judiciary.

So basically selling votes for pardons to criminals, but Buy'dem was such a bad guy for student loan forgiveness for Americans trying to better their lives.

Can you explain why it's an unfair comparison?  I wouldn't believe for 1 second that anyone who was MAGA changed their vote to Biden, simply for that reason, because they knew it likely had no chance.  Now on the other hand, libertarians can be very fickle voters, and a pardon is something he could fully guarantee.  Seems to me like maybe you ate this fact, didn't like the taste, so you knee-jerk reacted with some unexplained reply about "us folks".

Keep it up and don't worry daz...it will definitely work next time!

You don't never got to worry about me bringing the facts. In the last 2 minutes I already spotted your clickbait about 'immigration lawyer raided', even though the raid was unrelated to immigration.  So you keep doing your job spreading hate and lies, and I'll keep doing mine.  Cheers buddy!

I’m sure it had to kill the New York Times to write this headline:

The Right Is Winning the Battle for Hearts and Minds

The full-scale assault by the conservative movement on liberal domination of the nation’s culture has begun to deliver key victories. . .

Despite the closeness of the November election, the two more liberal cable channels, MSNBC and CNN, experienced a severe decline in viewership after Nov. 5, while Fox News ratings rose…

That Asshats EO about birth right citizenship got shot down by a judge.

I'd hope you realize by now how the EO thing works.  You get your lawyers together, and if they don't think it's completely illegal(well maybe they won't care about that anymore), then they throw it at the wall and see if it sticks.  btw, It's going to be fun watching every administration giving out pardons at the end of their terms from now on.  Funfunfun!

This pardon thing has gone or the rails by both sides. Is that in the constitution, that a president can pardon people? If it's not congress needs to do away with it.

Yeah, it's in there.  Congress can't do away with it alone.  Very unlikely to ever happen, and likely to only get worse.

Whatever happened to letting the justice system do it's job? I don't expect justice in the country, that is why I was not surprised or upset trump is a free man. I am not surprised or upset about Bidens pardons or trump pardons of his terrorists. Most of them are scum they will end up back in jail.

They put one of the J6'ers right back in for a pending gun charge he had.  That criminal is a citizen though, so we don't worry about it as much.  The courts have always been a joke, except for some good SCOTUS stuff from the past.  Super interesting, but every level below that is out to prove you guilty at all costs, including innocence, unless you're wealthy.  That's what the pardons were likely designed for.  Those egregious cases, where the prosecution clearly went too far for a win.

She violated the FACE Act by physically blocking patients from accessing medical care and crushing a woman’s hand in a door. She also threatened to blow up the place. Why is this something to celebrate?
