Currently at the gym just east of Cleveland.  Snow is really coming down here. Roads are terrible. 

Going to try and bench 295 on the Smith machine today. My max is 285 on the Smith. 

Then head home and work on my shop dust collection until kickoff.

About to land at BUF. Was in Boston this weekend and decided last minute to divert to Buffalo for the game with my 11yr old son. We live in St Louis. He’s been to road games but this will be his first Bills game at Highmark. He is beyond excited. As am I - last time I was there was  in 93.

I was there as a little boy with my Dad. There was a train bridge over the canal that my Dad used to jump off when he was a kid…..100 years ago😵
