Ravens were out coached. Plain & simple. The better coached team won. Harbaugh is a idiot for NOT attempting to make the game 20-21. And guess who tipped that greedy call? Yup, Milano, who wasn't on the field for the regular season loss, or Bills would have won that game too. Just stop... We'd crucified McD if he coached like Harbaugh did. The better team won because they didn't turn ball over. Plain & simple. Ravens are good team... But they weren't the better team last night. 8 minutes ago, Nihilarian said: Interesting tidbit... A better coach has at very least taking that game to OT. All things being the same, Harbaugh should have never went for 2pts. the first time. On to the Chiefs. Let them say something stupid too now. 1 2 Quote
Mango Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Question for STH, is there an option for away games to purchase through the Bills? Or is it resale market only? Quote
Bill from NYC Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago I predicted the Bills to win 28-7. OK I was off but they did it and I am proud as f&%k of this team. F the Chiefs!!! We are going to defeat the Chiefs, the refs, and Taylor Swift by a score of 28-7. GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 2 Quote
H2o Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago The one thing that held true? In all 5 of Baltimore's previous losses, Henry ran for 84 yards or fewer. Last night's total? 84 yards. 3 2 1 Quote

Buffalo_Stampede Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I feel like we’ve spent most of Josh Allen’s career talking about turnovers. Some deserved, but most not deserved. So a game where we were outmatched but win because of turnovers was very fitting. It seems like destiny. 1 Quote

The Raven blew out their last 5 opponents leading up to this game and their defense has been spectacular. Henry ran for well over 100 yard for every single one of those games. Was it a flashy game? Nope. But the Bills stuck to the run and rolled up 147 yards of rushing against a very strong rush defense. They made safe, high percentage throws and converted first downs. They won the time of possession battle. They won the penalty battle. This was never going to be blowout game with long bombs to the endzone. Baltimore's defense is too good for that. Defensively, McDermott and Babich used the blueprint provided for beating the Ravens: Limit Henry and expose Jackon's weaknesses. As long as that plan was working, the offense's job was mainly to grind it out, protect the ball and not do anything risky or stupid. They achieved that in spades. Two hands on the ball and drive upfield. This was the right game plan against THIS team. On to KC. That game plan will be much different. Go Bills! It once again reminded me of a Brady/Belichick playoff win 2 1 Quote

BananaB Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Great win. Bills did it without asking Allen to do to much which makes it very impressive. Getting edgy watching it though. Seemed like the whole second half they’d rather run clock then go for the kill. The 3rd and 5 TE screen and the run from shotgun at the goal line were terrible calls. Win is a win, a lot of good and a little bad mixed in with a bit of luck. I’ll take it. LFG!!! Wooooooohoooo! 1 Quote
Buffalo_Stampede Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Many people focusing on the lack of WR targets this game for the Bills but I feel like they could’ve thrown it to the RBs all game long. I’m surprised they didn’t. Especially on early downs. 3 Quote
MikePJ76 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I was listening to Chris simms podcast last night. He said the ravens lost the game and the bills didn’t win it. what a moron. You would think growing up with Phil Simms as your dad and understand bellichick and parcell’s style of play especially in the postseason. that game was exactly how the giants and pats won super bowls. Play physical and smart. No penalties no turnovers and make the other team chase the game and make mistakes. 1 Quote

Agree'd. We looked better in the first half, we controlled the ball better. Ravens made great adjustments in the second half but still had some ball handling mistakes. also, you don't see KC fans talking about all the flags they get in their favor Quote
skibum Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago (edited) Two reasons I loved the way they won: (1) The Defense came up BIG all night, after the narrative all week about how they were too small. The whole world just assumed Henry would run for 175 and Lamar would pitch a perfect game. Henry had 84, and Lamar gave the ball away twice. This had to be a huge redemption game for the Bills D. (2) Previous iterations of the Bills were prone to giving games away that they could have won, had they not made stupid decisions or a couple of disastrous plays. It was refreshing to be on the other side of it now. This team actually knows how to win. Edited 14 hours ago by skibum Quote
Ramza86 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago (edited) Ill take that win because the Ravens practically gave that one to us with mistakes. I think we might be the worst 2 minute drill defense in the league. McDermotts mentality when the oppossing offense has to score just enrages me. Why cant he have that same agression defensively like hes learned to accept with our offense? Watching Lamar get a 3 man pass rush and 20 seconds in the pocket to give up the game tying touchdown was something we see every week against our tougher opponents. This team is good enough to win a ship. Coaching needs to reflect that. Edited 15 hours ago by Ramza86 4 1 Quote

wjag Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Ask for by no one, here are my thoughts this AM: 1. The PI call on Tre White was as bad a call as there was this weekend. 2. Von Miller still has some wheels. 3. If you told me that Buffalo would try to beat Baltimore by rushing it, I would have thought you crazy. 4. Bills WR were getting no seperation from Ravens DBs 5. Mark Andrews must have bet on the Bills 6. Losing Rapp was and is huge. Who would have said that, at the beginning of the season? 7. Gotta luv Fitz. 8. Bernard had the play of the game. Every Bills fan, and I mean every Bills fan felt the Ravens taking control of the game. 9. Surprised Ravens didn't try and run Baltimore 8 more. 10. Helluva job containing Henry 11. Me likey Likely 12. Can't wait to see that smug Brussard on First Things First Today. Quote
