The Bills should have won this game handily but Brady went conservative with playcalling. Lamar chokes in another playoff game. That's 100% the story. He was rattled and obviously couldn't handle the pressure OR the weather. MVP my @$$ I agree Josh was better but Lamar was average, not bad. If Andrews does not fumble and catches the 2 pt conversion this game is likely different. I think Lamar is a great QB, just not Josh level, but who is? 1 1 Quote

stevewin Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago NFL GameDay tripping over themselves to say how good Lamar played, loss wasn't his fault etc. Also basically said Ravens are better team but 'turnovers are the great equalizer' 2 Quote

This is who the Bills have been all year long, the best at protecting the ball and getting turnovers. + 25 TO advantage by far the best in the league and they’re just doing what they been doing all year long. 6 Quote
Warcodered Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago 6 minutes ago, Ralonzo said: NFLN is doubling down... literal quote here "Although (Lamar) had two critical turnovers, this ain't on him" I mean clearly it was practically a mirror of the Bills-Chiefs coin flip game....you know if Allen had shat down his leg in the first half of the game and never taken a lead from the Chiefs when the Bills lost it. Also to be fair Lamar did have a more solid second half, but this is the exact kind of bull#### that the insane mind***** narrative around him causes. He's not super terrible and probably not even obnoxious himself but the stuff around his so damn annoying it draws this kind of reaction. 1 2 Quote
Low Positive Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I have one question. If a team has a Mack truck at RB, why not use that on a 2-point conversion play? 3 1 Quote
transplantbillsfan Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago 5 minutes ago, Ralonzo said: NFLN is doubling down... literal quote here "Although (Lamar) had two critical turnovers, this ain't on him" It absolutely was. They can spin this all they want but Lamar is the reason they lost to.... No... strike that... Buffalo’s defense is the reason the Bills won today. I hope the smart national media out there will understand that Buffalo had the gameplan and personnel to beat the Ravens today. What they all really hate is that overwhelmingly what they were saying was that our D would be outmatched and Josh would have to go Superman mode to win. Even Dan Orlovsky was saying that! Exactly the opposite happened! They were all wrong so expect them to conspire with their narrative this week. 2 4 Quote
Slowcoach Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I thought this before today. Lamar is a playoff choker. I thought the same at halftime. Late in the game he impressed me and I was worried. I would rather have Josh than Lamar and Derrick 2 Quote

We will disagree about Lamar, he looked really good for a bunch of the game and made the two bad plays. That is what an average QB does. 1 Quote

billsfan89 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago What a game, Bills got punched in the mouth again but came back and got a two possession lead before Baltimore took the game and made it tight. Not gonna lie the Ravens defensive adjustments made the Bills offense a lot less effective in the second half. The Bills only scored 6 points in the second half clearly the Ravens had something on the offense. But the offense was also able to scratch out some yards and first downs when needed. The Ravens choked a bit with the drops and turnovers but the Bills also just made plays too. Great game all around what a way to end the divisional round. 3 Quote

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Question: if Ty didn’t rip off that first down on the last drive, I assume the ravens might have gotten the ball back if they held us? Did anyone do the math on the clock? 1 Quote

Lamar’s INT was an ill advised throw with even worse execution. On the fumble he tried being heroic instead of going to the ground. Bernard made one of the better punches at a ball that I’ve seen. 1 1 Quote
