MVPs don’t turn the ball over twice in the biggest game of the season, and they don’t need a tight end to convert a tush push either.

You can play conservative without doing what they did in the 2nd half today.. Personally I think this is typical McD-coached team stuff... They ran it like crazy on Denver knowing they were a very good run D, and thought they would do the same against Balt. I just think this game was terribly called on Offense in the 2nd half... really bad... Never using our tendencies to fool the opposing Defense. I think on that 3rd and goal from the 2 just about anything other than a Josh run up the middle works because that's all Balt thought we would do...And that's exactly what we did...

Too predictable.  I would have used Ray Davis and done gap tubs a lot more in the second half.  No rhythm in the passing game.  Footing probably was brutal.  Cook couldn’t really run his cutback zone or inside zone.  Looking forward to playing on a cleaner surface next week.

All of those that hate on McDermott must be really disappointed.

 

Their same story is always, if the Bills win it is only because of Josh.  If the Bills lose it is all because of McDermott.

 

The fact is we are lucky to have both.

I have to tell you that Hamlin played with a ton of guts out there tonight. Thought it was one of his best games.
 

He saved us on a diving tackle on a big run that Henry broke. And his sure handed tackle on Lamar was what caused that fumble. 

 

The guy has obvious athletic limitations, but really played great tonight.

On a different note, and speaking of Lamar turnovers, not one mention of Hamlin playing well.  He gave up a deep pass but blew up Henry in the backfield to start off the game and forced the fumble by Lamar.  Not exactly Ed Reed back there but the guy is like an octopus once he gets ahold of someone.
