Brady keeps calling the same B.S. For sure, It was just too conservative. Should have kept the foot on the gas or at least attempted some deeper throws. Gotta hand it to the Ravens though as they really changed things up to stop what Buffalo was doing with the run game. 1 Quote

SF Bills Fan Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM We got the bounces. Normally it seems like we are the victim of the bad luck. Lamar played very good outside the INT. It was an MVP caliber performance. I thought for sure we were toast just before the punch out fumble. Those guys are better than KC. That was one of our biggest wins in history. On to the KC refs! FWIW, that was Allen's worst passing performance of the year. It wasn't Allen's worst passing performance of the year. He threw the ball very well they just decided not to throw the ball more then 5 yards past the LOS in the 2nd half. And if Andrews had converted the 2 pt conversion the Bills would have had 1 minute 33 seconds with 2 TO's to go down and kick the winning FG. And Bass looked great tonight. 2 Quote

And I think his decision to kick the field goal to go up 8 instead of going for it on 4th and goal was smart! I know he was tempted (and Josh probably wanted) to go for it and deliver the knock-out punch but I think Baltimore was hoping we'd go for it so they could get a stop. If we had gone for it and Baltimore got the stop, a march down the field for a touchdown would have put Baltimore up by 2 (or 3 if they made a two-pointer), with next to no time left on the clock. My heart would not have been able to take it! Sometimes you have to play aggressive in that situation but sometimes you have to play smart. 3 5 Quote

I used to feel sorry for the fans that immediately debate all the teams' faults after a win. Now I just let them wallow. I'll take my que from the team and celebrate the win for tonight and Monday. Plenty of time to discuss the rest during the week. 1 5 Quote
Steptide Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM 2 weeks in a row against the best run defenses in the nfl, and the bills..... Run it, alot. I feel like the bills played at 75% of their potential tonight. Have to imagine we see the offense we saw in Detroit at some point again, right? 3 3 Quote

TheFunPolice Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM Imo Ravens were the best roster on paper left in the tournament with an excellent coaching staff. This was an upset win. It took everyone. 3 1 1 Quote

But our 2nd half adjustments were terrible. Baltimore coaches won the 2nd half big time and almost stole the win but our players made clutch plays while their players made mistakes, and that was that. As for McDermott - I blame him for the 2nd half offense because he is the head coach but I thought his game management was excellent. Babich/McDermott as defensive coaches I give a solid B. I said before the game holding them to under 30 is the goal. I'm not unreasonable. I thought we did a good job making it a point to shut down the run and mixed in some pressure looks that created negative plays. yeah, that's a good point. Credit to McD and babich for using 3 LBs from the get go to shut down Henry. That tilted the game in our advantage from the beginning, which is what I was hoping for. But then the 2nd half happened and the last few drives. Worries me that playoff Sean is back and our coaching staff doesn't know how to go for the jugular. Ravens let us off the hook and players (Bernard, etc...) finished the game despite the coaching 1 1 1 1 Quote

Took no chances with the ball downfield. Quote
