I just watched it again, and you’re probably right. But a little higher and maybe a touch sooner and he walks in. It wasn’t a Jackie Smith drop (now im really dating myself).

Somewhere out there, Verne Lundquist is saying "He has got to be the sickest man in america" in regards to Mark Andrews tonight.

I know the refs will be doing everything they can next week to help the Chiefs win, but the Bills should send in film as soon as the ref assignments are made, of every clean *****-trap block that has been called for a hold this season and just remind them that just because a player ends up face down on the ground with one of our lineman on top of them, it doesn't mean they held them.  Getting sick and tired of our lineman getting called for clear, perfectly executed technique.

While you're at it, send film of all the Chiefs RT illegal formations and false starts.  Oh.....and a nice video package of all the crap Mahomes gets away with and the phantom penalties that are called in his favor.  The refs should be studying all of these things before the game so they can look for them and get the right calls during the game.  It might be a 6 hour long film session by now, but hey.....it's their own fault!

That said, I fully expect 4-5 potential game changing penalties to go the Chiefs way.

Deets! I'm working tomorrow, and though I'd like to pop the Angel's Envy Rye or better still the MacAllen 12* (close enough) I'm sticking with the HopSlam for now.

* i took a magic marker to the MacAllan

I personally am starting to learn what I like in whiskey/bourbon and I liked the Bob Dylan Heavens Door Ascension, but just saw it is more than I paid for it. Any good bourbons let me know

The Bills lost the second half 15-6. It should not have been that close. My goodness, the playcalling... If it goes that way in Arrowhead the Chiefs will feast.

Time to tighten up. They're more than good enough to win at KC. Let's do it.

(And I really hope Rapp is back, and Johnson isn't too seriously hurt)

Played not to lose vs staying aggressive. We got lucky on the dropped 2 pt play for the tie.  I’ll take it, but it wasn’t a work of art by any stretch of the imagination.

Love it! You Americans and our neighbours from the south have some awesome bourbons.

I Definitely have to try more of them

Bourbon is a wonderful drink, and don't feel bad for dropping in water or ice cubes.  The flavor profile will change in a good way.

If you can get a hold of High West Campfire Bourbon, it's a solid bottle for the price point, even if it's a blend.

But if you want to go even further south, new Tequila and Mezcal distillers are coming on the market all the time.  Mi Campo and Cazadore are now solid, middle shelf stuff. Cosamigos should also find its way into your liquor cabinet.

I edited the above post, so if you don't see that, and if you like rye, seek out Johnnie Walker High Rye. It's not blue label but much smoother and less smoky than black label, and should be in the $40 range (i found a case on closeout at $10 a bottle, like finding a winning lottery ticket)

Beauty, thanks buddy! I'll check that out for sure

Hahahaha. CC normal whiskey is a bit rough. (I like it myself but I get why people don't)

The 100 percent rye is a game changer though . Definitely recommended

I thought about a Crown and Coke for a post game celebratory drink. Went with Vodka and Tonic instead.

NFLN post-game coverage very odd.  90% coverage about the Ravens, with the Bills a mere afterthought.

Yeah onesided coverage does make a lot of sense in the playoffs since only one team advances and the other's season is over.....oh they're covering the eliminated team onesidedly....

I have to tell you that Hamlin played with a ton of guts out there tonight. Thought it was one of his best games.

He saved us on a diving tackle on a big run that Henry broke. And his sure handed tackle on Lamar was what caused that fumble.

The guy has obvious athletic limitations, but really played great tonight.

He made a couple nice plays tonight, but man....we really need an upgrade in his spot.
