I'm starting to wonder if Stroud will be a Carr level QB. Or, take the next step and be top 5.

Replay has done more than enough damage to this game; I hate the idea of seeing it expanded where there will be even more excuses for pointless crying about officiating and less discussion about actual football.

It's a bit like how they've inserted VAR into top level soccer. It hasn't improved matters or decreased the amount of controversy.
