They are the new Pats. They are so much like the peak Pats it’s uncanny. Annoying personalities, annoying fan base, get all the calls from the refs. 1 Quote

DrPJax Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Horrific panic coaching , terrible o line play , panic by stroud seals game if chiefs get any points here. Mcd coukd learn so much from spags who sends guys as Mcd has everyone drop to not get beaten ( yet do as QBs have time to set up and go deep! If Mcd doesn’t change his passive d style , Bills will not achieve success like chiefs 1 Quote
TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Demeco Ryans keeps making bone head decisions. He reminds me of a poor man's version of McDermott and that's not a good thing. Houston has a ton of talent and will get better when they get healthy. They should win their crappy divison again next year. But if they don't replace Ryans (which they wont) they'll never win a super bowl. 1 Quote

The ball has to be placed perfectly. No circus catches. It’s nice being bailed out once in awhile. Josh has been bailed out plenty of times. Quote

Coffeesforclosers Posted January 18 Posted January 18 That's the quick 3 and out Houston needed. Quote

I think it's a perfect example of how KC has squeaked by all year. They aren't great, clutch at times, opponents panic at times, and refs seem to be cheering for KC. Quote

JMM Posted January 18 Posted January 18 1 minute ago, gonzo1105 said: Twice, the Texans let unblocked Chiefs come right up the middle on 2nd and 3rd down. I get that they are blitzing more guys than the Texans have to block but Stroud or the staff or the Center has to have everyone block down in those situations and turn loose the edge player not the guy coming right up the gut. Stroud almost made a ridiculous throw on 2nd down and if they had blocked it correctly it probably goes for a huge gain and possibly a TD. Then on 4th down if you decide to go for it how bout take the Timeout and get your team settled instead of rushing them to the line and snapping it in a hurry with 1 on the play clock. Small things are costing the Texans in this football game that has nothing to do with the referees. THIS! Embarrassing. That's HS level stuff Quote
