Send them back with such emphasis that the people in those countries realize that the US is not a safety valve, and they need to take it upon themselves, like the US did in 1776 and fix their governments. Overthrow them, correct them, or do whatever, but it is not our problem, and allowing them in is a denial, and a refusal to address the real problem. That course never works. 1

The only thing we can do is put them on planes and send them back, and hope we can plug all the mouse holes, which will only slow the flow back in. It's almost like you're starting to realize that some of those countries problems were created by us in the first place, such as our drug addiction problem. It's actually in our best national security interest, that WE help those countries help themselves. An absolutely foreign concept to the orange simpleton.
