Anything that hurts the Chiefs is fine by me.

Yeah, like losing Daboll and Schoen hurt the Bills… 😂

As Kevin Costner's character in Draft Day would say, he looks like a "pancake eating mothaf***er".

For that, we would need:

1) Andy Reid retirement announcement

2) Mahomes leaves NFL to restart baseball career

3) Kelce retires and moves to Hollywood

With all due respect to his contributions to the Bills over the years, I would quite like for someone to hire away Terrence Grey to their front office this offseason.

I'm sure he's a lovely and highly skilled lad, but two 3rd round picks would be pretty, pretty, pretttttttttty good!

Dang, no two 3rd round picks for Buffalo.

Beane: “We’ll give you one of the 3s to take this guy off our hands - COME ON!!”

His time will come with Josh as king maker.

That said, while Josh is certainly responsible for most of the Bills success, he’s not all of it. Beane and McD have done really well too. You’d think other teams would raid the Bills front office and coaching staff (like lynch and shannahan) to replicate what they’ve done here. I’d love the two 3rd round picks, but the other team’s loss I guess.

I think the Bills have done well enough collecting picks . We have a bunch once again this upcoming draft and we  are a SB contender

Guys like Gray help to build the team and he has been influential throughout the draft process

Two random late 3rds is not more important than a guy who has a big hand in helping pick the players

He’s white? Ok cool, I’m fine with that 😂

…wait, that sounds a certain way. What I mean is that there is no need to give the Chiefs more picks.

You'd think that, but...

They sort of have. Beane has had three guys hired off his staff to become GMs: Brian Gaine by Houston, Joe Schoen by Miami and Dan Morgan by Carolina. Gaine lost a power struggle to Bill O'Brien and ended up back pretty quickly and Schoen is on the hotseat.

Gaine and Morgan picked absolutely terrible situations.

Schoen has been a little bit of a disappointment if I’m being honest. The decision to bring Daniel Jones back was a massive blunder that set them back.
