Big Turk Posted Friday at 08:47 PM Posted Friday at 08:47 PM (edited) As Kevin Costner's character in Draft Day would say, he looks like a "pancake eating mothaf***er". Edited Friday at 08:49 PM by Big Turk 1 Quote

f0neguy Posted Friday at 09:02 PM Posted Friday at 09:02 PM Just asking…. Might this assistant GM be any kind of minority? Hate to see the Chiefs get a couple of third round picks. Quote
Logic Posted Friday at 09:03 PM Posted Friday at 09:03 PM With all due respect to his contributions to the Bills over the years, I would quite like for someone to hire away Terrence Grey to their front office this offseason. I'm sure he's a lovely and highly skilled lad, but two 3rd round picks would be pretty, pretty, pretttttttttty good! 2 1 1 Quote

That said, while Josh is certainly responsible for most of the Bills success, he’s not all of it. Beane and McD have done really well too. You’d think other teams would raid the Bills front office and coaching staff (like lynch and shannahan) to replicate what they’ve done here. I’d love the two 3rd round picks, but the other team’s loss I guess. Quote

KingBoots8 Posted Saturday at 12:50 AM Posted Saturday at 12:50 AM He’s white? Ok cool, I’m fine with that 😂 …wait, that sounds a certain way. What I mean is that there is no need to give the Chiefs more picks. 1 Quote

We have a bunch once again this upcoming draft and we are a SB contender Guys like Gray help to build the team and he has been influential throughout the draft process Two random late 3rds is not more important than a guy who has a big hand in helping pick the players 2 Quote
stuvian Posted Saturday at 03:29 AM Posted Saturday at 03:29 AM is there such a thing as a GM tree? 1 Quote

Beane has had three guys hired off his staff to become GMs: Brian Gaine by Houston, Joe Schoen by Miami and Dan Morgan by Carolina. Gaine lost a power struggle to Bill O'Brien and ended up back pretty quickly and Schoen is on the hotseat. Quote

Schoen has been a little bit of a disappointment if I’m being honest. The decision to bring Daniel Jones back was a massive blunder that set them back. 1 Quote
