Thats really cool thanks for sharing. Good memories, my favorite part is when they show the folks cheering at the Locker Room. (RIP).

also - look at that field! classic football! These days they'd move or cancel the game with a muddy field like that, total wimps

This is awesome I totally remember this! Chuck Knox, Villipiano, McCutcheon, Dobler, the Bermuda Triangle... I think they even brought in Ron Jesse...

I still say, that if that team had home field advantage, they would have went to the Super Bowl.  Recall, there were five teams at 11-5 in the AFC and through some wacky tiebreaker scenario, we had to play AT San Diego, even though Bills beat them earlier in the season.  We know what happened there.

The music score leaves much to be desired, but the intent is there.🤷‍♂️

Chandman, I thought you were singing this song…

The youngins wouldn’t know this song, but it was the thing before the beloved shout song (thank god for the shout song as this was so 1980).

I know I often say it, but thanks for reminding us of the memories Chand.

I love that about you mature men (I didn’t want to say old timers).

That field was a mess! Old time football. Loved seeing that.

Also nice to see the crowd at The Locker Room going nuts. Was supposed to be there with some buddies as well but woke up with a fever and had to pass.

Thanks for posting. This is amazing. Not only the game footage, but the interviews!  And Clip Smith, Brian Blessing, Van Miller…just a great trip down memory lane and I’m only 23 minutes into it. I forgot the airport greetings went back that far!

That was such a great team; I’ll never forget watching that 49er game and you could barely tell what was going on at times, it was raining so hard. The LA Rams game when the Bills came out for an encore…really a magical season.

Seeing that team gives me even greater appreciation for the team we have now. We have had some magical moments this year, and who knows, this could be THE year.  But it does remind me of what a special team we have this season and how fleeting these things are. It has been 44 years since that 1980 team played, and it stands out, even with the 90s Super Bowl teams.
