There is no way in hell that our Bills are losing a 3rd consecutive Divisional playoff game in Orchard Park in OUR weather and in front of OUR great fans.  Not this team, with this QB.  No way.  I'm willing this to happen and putting it in writing.

January 19, 2025   Baltimore at Buffalo??????

January 21, 2024   Kansas City 27 at Buffalo 24

January 22, 2023  Cincinnati 27 at Buffalo 10

When was the last time a team lost in the playoffs at home 3 straight years? I'm sure it's happened before but don't remember when. If anything it's very rare.

I've always been a McDermott supporter. But losing a third straight time in the Divisional round at home...even I would acknowledge it's time for new leadership.

I wish I could get there, but I can't. This is Buffalo sports. So there is absolutely a way they can get bounced in their 3rd Divisional game in a row.

Luckily we average 31 points per game this year, if we keep the trend and give up 27 we win by more than a FG!

You have to like this trend.  10 points, 24 points, next up the series is 57 points.

I want to believe this, but McDermott always finds a way to make a colossal blunder in the playoffs. It's not the players I worry about, it's him.

Really? Other than 13 seconds, what have his playoff blunders been?

Never adjusts the defensive scheme when needing too! It is possible to do, as many DC's that win SB's do in games. If he only knows a Nickel Defense and thats all he will play then that tells you all you need to know.

Plus his defense always seems to be unprepared. Look at the top offenses we played this year and tell me how our defense faired? Rams, Detroit, Baltimore, Houston  (at the time)?

That’s a huge blunder but the Cincinnati game you credit to him as well. Especially as a HC.

When your whole team comes out as flat as they did against the Bengals, there’s a bigger problem. now I know the whole Hamlin thing happened but that shouldn’t have equated to what did. It should have been a galvanizing and motivational point for the team especially with who it was against. The loss wasn’t the problem it’s how it unfolded.

Overall, I agree. In terms of blunders that’s the only one I can attribute too.

I do think McD has been a lot less stubborn this season than in year's past. But everything goes out the window in the playoffs when the season is on the line. He needs to be able to adjust if needed on Sunday (and beyond) and not just default to his comfort spot.

We did lose 4 Super Bowls in a row… so there is that…

But I love the optimism!

GO BILLS!

The children in Africa think the Bills are undefeated in Super Bowls!

McDermott was not the one who missed the game tying field goal vs KC in last year's playoff.

McDermott’s tams have comer closer to nicking off KC in the last few years than any other coach.

Who would you replace McDrrmott with?  Please don't say Belichick.  That would be a very short term hire.

I have a hard time envisioning them winning this game.  Hope I’m wrong

Envision it! I have doubts for sure, but my doubts aren't about us not being able too, its if the coaching staff have the right game plan to get what this defense prepared for this team.

I've been pretty clear on my criticism of McD and his botched decision making and clock management for a few years now. I am one of the folks who will be calling for a change again if we don't win on Sunday. We can't waste Josh forever....

BUT I do believe the Bills win this game decisively. It means too much to Sean and Josh. Plus they aren't getting blown out by the same team twice in a year.

And then... They are a higher seed, but are HOME DOGS in the playoffs. Yowza.

I believe they will roll the Ravens, feeling disrespected by Josh getting passed over for all-pro, likely passed over for MVP, and then ravens gonna come to Buffalo and be favored?! Nope. Not this time. This city of losers will humble the ravens and turn the "playoff choker" narrative back on Lamer.

This is probably a bigger moment for Sean than the AFCCC we played in. So much at stake. If we win the SB this year, he can stay our coach forever, but if he loses in 2 days he should be let go. It's THAT big of a game and everyone knows it.

Even with a loss you know he’s not being replaced. Unless Josh says something which he won’t. Regardless, I have confidence in a win.
