jletha Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago There is an experience factor in how to effectively keep warm. They players talk about using viagra, vaseline on their skin, thermal clothes, etc. At this point Josh knows how he prefers to dress in the cold. Lamar and Baltimore may not have it all figured out, and that could help us. Its minor but ill take anything I can get. 1 Quote

Success Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I love how the Bills really embraced that frigid WC game against the Pats a few years ago. You could tell in warm-ups which team was having a blast, and which team wanted to just be warm again. I see this as a big advantage for us. Maybe I read too much into it, but Jackson was really bundled up on the sidelines last week - he looked like he couldn't get warm enough. It will feel a lot colder for a visiting team if they get down in the score early. Quote

Ethan in Cleveland Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Cold has never affected Allen. Wind not so much either. I just want no snow or rain. I hate watching football when the players have no footing. Quote

And definitely not snowier 😂 Ahh, don’t want a huge argument, but per National Weather Service (www.weather.gov ), the mean January temp in Chicago was colder than Buffalo every year for the past 5 years (2020-2024). But only 0.2-3 degrees F colder. Quote

Last year I don't think lake Erie even froze. But this year it's colder than last and it may freeze. Quote

Last year outside a 3 week stretch in January where we got almost all of our snow for the year(like 60+ inches) it was in the 40s and 50s for much of the winter. Lake did not freeze. 1 Quote

It will feel a lot colder for a visiting team if they get down in the score early. Yet he had a very good game. I think everyone is trying to convince themselves of reasons that will help us. I can't see the weather being an advantage for us. We need a consistent pass rush and to not let Henry control the game. Quote

I would be instructing our runners to level Mahomes, Lamar, etc when they run. I’ll take the 15 yard penalty a few times. I’m not worried about them retaliating and trying to level our tank of a QB. If anything, i’d be more worried about tendons and ligaments in cold weather (they become more stiff and have less ability to stretch). A few times, really? Sounds counter productive. How about we level them legit without the unnecessary crap? Quote
