1. QB play is advantage Bills, where we struggle is QBs who are accurate and on time (Stafford/Goff) paired with elite WR talent. Lamar while a great athlete is neither on time nor accurate. We keep him bottled up and force him to make tight window throws.

2. Bal D struggles with bigger WRs, while they may use Queen to spy Allen that gives one less LB to cover, and I like DK, DK, Coleman and Hollins against their secondary.

3. Josh will have time, I would argue Denver was better defensively especially on the back end and we still found open WRs - they also had spies and planned a lot of Man - Like BAL.

4. The offense goes through Henry...stop Henry stop their offense. I believe Babich and Sean have a plan for this. Having the middle of our defense back for this back is a huge step.

I am liking your thinking...

I've done it several times over the years, but only with a spread. Betting against the Bills is win-win in my book. If The Bills win, I'm not mad about losing the bet. If they lose, I get something out of it.

I just bet the over/under because emotional hedging doesn't work for me.  This year I decided just to bet the over in every Bills game because the sharps and the public have underrated our offense a majority of the year.  The over hit 11 times and missed 7 times so far this year.  I have rooted a few times for garbage time TD's by our opponents.

It looks like this will be the first time the Bills aren't favored at home since November 8th, 2020.  So interesting set up for that along with a lot of other reasons.

I bet against them in the Bengals playoff game. It isn't worth it my opinion. These games a pretty special. Either a bet on them or leave it alone in my opinion.

My heart says never, but my brain says always.

I’ve had my heart broken, and been disappointed and let down too many times.

I’m just hedging my happiness. I always want the Bills to win.

That’s why I never bet the spread against the Bills, only the moneyline. The unthinkable would be to lose the bet because the Bills lose the game, but under the spread. 🤯

Are the guys who just need to have "a little action" on Bills games to make them more enjoyable really Bills fans? Really football fans at all?

I got nothing against gambling. Love playing the long bets (Bills to win the AFC/Super Bowl every year). But really ... just enjoy the game itself!

Good Grief!! No wonder we keep losing! lol...  It's all of you closet hedgers out there. The football Gods shrug...   "What do you want from us???"  This thread has been most illuminating,  lol...  I'm blaming you guys from now on, by the way.

Sure. But rarely. When your hard armed dough is on the table, you use your mind not your heart. I’m glad to say when I bet the other way, I’m usually wrong in this era.

Nah, I’ve already put my money on the Bills. I’m strangely calm about this game, I think Josh’s aura is permeating more than just one Bills drive, it’s got me feeling like they will pull this one out! Let go Buffalo! I’ll be there all the way from NC! Let do it!
