Yes they have the two best running backs in the NFL and one also plays QB.  Milano spy on Lamar, jam the middle, and make the refs throw PI flags … they usually let the players play at this point.

And what do the Bills have 😋

One interesting thought is, maybe the Broncos are actually better than how they were perceived against us. They should have beaten KC twice, albeit one time minus Mahomes and other starters. With that being said, maybe we can handle the Ravens better than what we are currently thinking. Running the ball will be key. Early on in the Denver game when I saw us effectively running I figured we’ve got this game. Let’s run well and get a turnover or two. Go Bills!! 🏈

Those nerdy advanced stats type places really liked the broncos haha.  Elo had them at 8th and I think DVOA had them 6th. I think that’s what started a lot of the ooooo the broncos are gonna get the upset talk.  Granted they both have Baltimore 1 so that’s good news and bad news lol

in situations like this u just have to ask yourself...

what would the chiefs do??  😃

seriously though I dont want it to be wet.  i think if its super cold and then wet on top of it its going to give

Henry an even bigger advantage.    Hard enough to tackle when its wet let alone a runaway missle in the freezing cold

"Super cold" essentially means it cannot physically be "wet."

There will have been no rain or real thaw for some time, and therefore the snow is super dry and particulate. If it snows during the game Sunday, it will not create wet conditions at all. There can be some footing issues until they dial in the right cleats for each guy, but in general, really cold, snowy games don't result in wet or slippery balls or field conditions.

The match-ups.

We don't need to go to the topic of Bills D against Ravens O, do we? Bills D is built to stop the pass and the Ravens O is built around running the ball. So it is kind of like fighting left-handed there.

Looking into Bills O against Ravens D. Ravens play 3-4 defense, all 3 linemen are big (over 300 lb). With Roquan Smith and Van Noy having a late career year at 33 year old, it's hard to run the ball --- Ravens is #1 against run in NFL. I think Connor McGovern against their NT Travis Jones is critical if we want to run the ball, or give Josh some room to step up in passing situations. Jones has 20lb over McGovern but believe me, the Bills are in better shape with McGovern against Jones than Morse. On the flip side, we are not likely to pull McGovern like we do with Morse to attack the edge on run plays. We need to run the ball effectively, like 3+ yards per attempt, can't allow the Ravens to tee-up on Josh with Oweh (10 sacks) and Van Noy (12 sacks). We will see Marlon Humphrey's status but he's perennial all pro. Hamilton to me is one of the best secondary player, not just on their team, but the entire league. I think Josh needs to pay close attention to him every snap.

It is a tall order - you know the Bills offense needs to find a way to move the ball and score, preferably in time consuming fashion. I know we ran the ball on Broncos which have a good D-line. But the Ravens are another level up. I see the Bills go pass heavy but I think it could lead to a disaster. The last thing we want is that our offense go 3 and out in less than 2 minutes and the Ravens run the ball to consume 7 minutes, even just to kick a field goal. Allen probably has to put superman cape on and just run the ball himself extensively, which means he could be beaten up pretty good this game and ... guess what, Mahomes is waiting at home with one extra days rest the following week.

I really want Cook to have his best game of his career. Is that in him?

And the ravens defense is susceptible to the pass and built to stop the run better and play with a lead...jump out infront of them and get them out of the constant ground and pound

Just checking in to see how you are doing on what must be a tough night for you and to offer you my support.

Too bad your big, scary Ravens, with all that overwhelming talent, those stars you glorify, did not show up today to beat up on the lowly Bills.

Maybe next year your team will rise to the occasion?

Have hope that one day they can rise to your lofty expectations.

Best wishes!
