After all the talk of Allen being a turnover machine this time last year, look at him now. Brady has done well to help limit opportunity for Josh to turn the ball over while still having an offense that scores points. And if I'm Brady, I seriously consider this job as long as I feel like Lawrence is coachable. They have weapons in the passing game. They have ETN that's has they same capabilities as a James Cook. An amazing rookie WR. The only real thing I'm nervous about is I'm Brady is Baalke as my GM, however there were reports that Khan may be ok with firing him if the right GM/coach combo became available. Could this be a spot for Terrence Grey to join Brady? So sure we lose Brady which sucks, but we would get 2 3rds for Grey which would soften the blow. I could also see the Jags going Kellen Moore for the same reasons as they would go Brady. Yea I think this is bad news for the Bills. I think Coen was the front runner there. Now he is out of the running I think it is Brady or Saleh. 2 Quote
KentuckyBillsFan Posted yesterday at 05:17 PM Posted yesterday at 05:17 PM Buffalo needs to let Brady know he's getting a massive raise if he stays. These remaining jobs are all awful situations. Las Vegas - LOL Jags - Baalke might be the worst GM in the league. Awful owner. Gave Lawrence the bag and he might be a bust. Saints - Multi-year rebuild needed. Cap hell Cowboys - LOL 1 Quote

Saleh to Jacksonville is possible tho. I think Saleh gets another HC job either this year or next year. 10 minutes ago, GunnerBill said: Yea I think this is bad news for the Bills. If the Bills lose and Brady is available Monday, I think they pounce. If they would have to wait another 2 weeks to hire Brady because the Bills are in the SB, It may sway the decision to Saleh. 1 Quote

What happens the rest of this week affects it too. If the Jets can seal Glenn and then another domino falls somewhere teams start worrying about waiting it out. 1 Quote
The 9 Isles Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago These OC’s need to be more like Ben Johnson, be selective, stay and build your resume with a good stable team. Pick your destination for long term success. Sacrificing yourself to these disasters projects is a just a failure waiting to happen. 1 Quote

Similar to what McDermott did. Plus you already have a lot of talent in place. The owner is a lot like Terry Pegula with Sabres. He’s kind of getting in the way but he wants to win badly. Just needs someone to right the ship. Quote

Our offense has been so efficient and I can think of very few plays that I thought were boneheaded calls this season. Only one off the top of my head is the trick play against the Ravens that got Josh throttled. I think we can all agree that our most important player, Josh, has looked awesome this year. Yeah his stats are a little down, but we are winning with a more balanced approach instead of asking Josh to make magic happen every single game. What I wonder is if we were to offer Brady a $6 million a year to be our OC and secure him in Buffalo. He’d be making a salary equivalent of the 12th highest paid HC in the NFL. I think he is absolutely perfect for Josh and this is the offense we’ve needed here for so long that has balance and effectiveness. I realize he may want to be a HC and see if that works out for him. But curious why big deals aren’t offered to coordinators more often. Why not?! There's no salary cap when it comes to coaching staff. Brady would be worth it. Quote

Sometimes you gotta jump on the first available option unless you are willing to bet on yourself. Which if I’m Brady, I’m betting on me and josh Allen having a successful offense again next year. Mister Defense Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Wasn't even thinking of this until now, related to the Aaron Glenn news.. Maybe the most important thing for Bills' fans to consider.. One less team now to poach Brady. Quote

This is kind of my thought. I’m guessing if Brady gets a job like Jacksonville he is going to want a GM he’s connected to. That would mean someone like Brian Gaine or Terrance Gray would be in play but I don’t think he’s the favorite. Saleh makes sense as a stabilizer and I wonder if the Khans would prefer a minority candidate 1 Quote
