I don’t know, I’d take my chances with Shadeur Sanders or Cam Ward over Darnold. At least they can move in the pocket, which is a vital skill in today’s NFL that Darnold lacks.

I wonder if this changes the Vikings thought process of whether to not go with J.J. McCarthy next year. I mean this season buys O'Connell a lot more time as a Head Coach. It'd be hard to do since you won 14 games with Darnold this year so it makes it an incredibly tough decision.
