was talking about the chiefs game where they abandoned the run last season, I don’t think they will do that at all this year. They will likely live and die by the run game with Henry and Jackson. Which likely makes this game even tougher for the Bills.

I'd play 4-3 every time their full back Ricard is on the field.

Taron goes to the bench unfortunately for those plays.

At this point Hamlin is not getting benched.  I'd rather Bishop start but it's not going to happen.

Man, really? I don't understand the Cole Bishop truthers. Every time he's been on the field this year he's made multiple big mistakes. I get that you might prefer more sizzle from the position than we get from Hamlin, especially after years of being spoiled by Hyde's excellence, but you can't just replace him for the sake of replacing him. The replacement has to be a better player. Hamlin is unspectacular and can get beaten 1v1 by athletic mismatches but he doesn't make those fundamental mistakes.

In week 4, there were 57 total defensive snaps. Re the linebackers:

 

Morrow: 16 snaps (28%)

Spector: 55 snaps (96%)

Williams: 49 snaps (86%)

Andreesen 3 snaps (5%)

baltimore kicked our butts and was much better that game, but the reality is that the bills real failing was on O.  not running cook, awful trick play, and a few just horrible situations where it was a doomed drop back situation did us in.

 

Besides the disastrous trick play and missed field goal, I seem to remember a drive-killing dropped pass that felt pivotal at the time.

I think you'll see 3 linebacker sets on run downs and then once we get a big lead a lot more nickel. 

 

Von Miller vs a rookie in rosengarten in passing situations is a joke lol.

And how many fans have been critical of McDermott over the years for wanting a better run game? When we finally achieve what he wanted, the offense is awesome and multidimensional. Go figure. He was right. The answer to better offense is taking the ball out of Allen's hands a little more.
