I think it’s the right move for the Cowboys but the way they went about it was a ***** thing to do to the guy

The Cowboys are a screwed up organization.

Who's going to want the Cowboys job?

The already had a meddling owner who makes the whole situation toxic, and then he prevents the coach everyone knows he's going to fire from interviewing with other teams until his contract expires. They're going to have to scrape the barrel for their next coach.

This is a good thing because I think it makes the possibility of keeping Brady more likely because McCarthy is going to get one of those jobs, imo.

That is of course unless Dallas is interested in Brady which I feel is possible I could see them going after Kingsbury imo.

Was just about to post the same.

I can see McCarthy getting the Jets or Jags job. Probably in play for Raiders as well. In any event it likely pushes Brady down the list a bit.

Actually, the more I think about it him ending up with the Jets and Aaron Rodgers would be almost as funny as if they hired Rex Ryan.

He gets to re-unite with Rodgers in NY.

Offensive coordinator candidate if Joe Brady leaves.

Yea. 2004 called. It wants its offense back.

How rare is it to have a coach run out his contract and not get renewed?  Seems like 99% of time they are fired.

Twice in a row now at Dallas.

What team wouldn't be with the owner as general manager? What a cluster fluck the Dallas Cowboys have become since Jerrah took over! 🤤

Jerruh doesn't like to pay coaches he's fired so he waits until their contract expires even if he wants them gone two years prior. Jerruh knows football.
